Nationwide the foster care is so very broken, they have guidelines and rules that queerly enough make it easy for abusive freaks like these to get approved more so then honest, good, kind, decent people who maybe had a crime(non violent)(no abuse)(no crime against a child) but a crime nonetheless that even 20 years later precludes them from being approved, the investigators need to look at people wanting to foster on a more case by case basis and NOT automatically dismiss them without a full, through assessment, it's ridiculous and the children are the ones who suffer….too many times kids with zero hands on experience with children, marriage, other adult experiences are made case workers right out of college, junior college with a 2 year associates, additionally the entry level pay is low, laughable, you get what you pay for, older folks 50 plus often have a hard time getting jobs, ageism, yet those are the very persons with a full life's experience likely better able to assess these familial situations and cases then a 20 year old kid holding a 2 year associate degree with no experience with children or being head of a family, government red tape, standards, laws, hiring practices need to change, the Republicans need to cease defunding and cutting services and budgets as they are wont to do, year after year, over and over, if you think this isn't true Google actual, legitimate news……and on top of it they want to keep abortion illegal, make it make sense! As it stands you cannot….

This is just awful. Someone explain to me why this kind of abuse can be virtually ALLOWED to happen, with minimal attempts at rectifying the situation pretty much all thwarted, for years and years. And both the physical and psychological damage can last FOR YEARS. But the statute of limitations is only 5 years? Some of these kids are abused from birth and may not have even hit puberty by the time that runs out, much less have the capability to fight for justice for themselves. That's just crazy to me 😔

The bio father's said he wanted his own brother and sister in law to adopt the kids and the were in the process of it but they lived in another state so this was taking time.
