Annie Elise here, your highly detailed crime investigator, diving into the details of the Quentin Simon case. As we unravel the timeline and uncover the chilling facts, we see a harrowing tale of neglect, cover-ups, and a family torn apart by tragedy. From the moment little Quentin vanished, the investigation shifted from a missing person’s case to a criminal one.

With grim revelations from Quentin’s grandmother, Billy Joe, confirming his tragic fate, the spotlight now shines on his mother, Leilani, as the prime suspect. But the pieces of the puzzle don’t quite fit together yet – circumstantial evidence, a mysterious text message, and the unsettling behavior of those involved leave us with more questions than answers.

Could Quentin’s death have been a result of neglect turned cover-up? Was the landfill revelation a desperate attempt to hide the truth? And as the search for his body continues, will justice be served for this precious little soul?

As we await further developments in this heart-wrenching case, I’ll be here to sift through the facts and theories alike. Stay tuned, crime sleuths, as we unravel the layers of this chilling mystery together. And remember, the truth is always lurking amidst the shadows of secrecy and deceit. Join me on this journey into the dark depths of the Quentin Simon case, where nothing is as it seems. Stay vigilant, stay curious, and above all, stay safe.

  • @annieelise

What do you think of this theory? Agree or think something else took place?
*Also important to note with this theory. The police have not said they believe Quinton was murdered, only deceased. They also have not labeled it as a murder investigation but carefully said “criminal investigation.”

  • @sharitacocoa

Is there a possible way to get a human and/or skeletal remains on trash trucks?

  • @lori2339

If she wasnt a fit mom of her two boys and lost custody of them then why was she watching them and why does she have custody of the baby girl ?

  • @sumire3728

I hope the grandmother is charged with something. Its obvious neglect on her end for not doing anything when Diana was sending updates ro her on what the mom was doing. How can you receive concerning text messages and not hall ass back home?

  • @HayleyK-

  • @eileenkauffman9390

Wait, what state is this? Georgia – ok makes sense.

  • @roseannegagliardi7546

Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree as they say!
If that red neck BJ had come through my door and got up in my face as she did with Diana she would be permanently eating through a straw. She needs to kiss the feet of that babysitter as she was the only one who actually gave a f#$& about those poor children. Both BJ and her disgusting excuse for a daughter let alone a mother should never have been allowed to breed!! How a parent can discard their child as they would garbage and allow a truck to pick that child up and churn it up with all the garbage and dump it in landfill makes me sick to the stomach.Pure evil and complete disregard for human life 🤬
    Rip angel u didn’t deserve this 😢❤

  • @ThePurpleMinions808

It’s wild to me that this happened not even 20 minutes from me. Many if my friends went to school with her too. I just can’t imagine how a mom could do this to her own child.

  • @Aeseuz._.

Crazy thing I that I live like 45 minutes down Savannahs Highway 17 Landfill

  • @ruthmelby3926

I am in complete agreement with you Annie…

  • @stevelewis6259

I loovvee how people question the motives of the grandmother being out of town. That's easy and I will answer that for you all. She frequently worked out of time. She was at work.

  • @valiantsfelinesmccarty6678

His body will be too far decomposed to prove what happened. What they can get her on if they find him there is possibly the add-on charges that they do from tampering with evidence covid death, desecration of a corpse, negligent caretaking. I mean how do we know she didn't take the little guy out and drown him cuz she was tired she was pissed she was stoned and she was tired of him bugging her? Sadly Danny might know that she got up in the middle of the night mad at the kid. He was probably terrified to go back because he was afraid she'd do something to his daughter if he did although I know my husband would have gone back and ripped the girl from my hands and taking her out of that house and probably the other kid to although he didn't have custody of the other kid. Plus my husband would have called the cops on me and said hey kids missing first thing in the morning. if she even let him know! The cops may have been called before he even knew anything was going on.

  • @Helfirehydra

I just found out about this case and the reason it caught my eye is because the family didn’t do anything to look for a missing child but the community did and that is a big red flag if the community is looking for your missing child and you don’t even bother And I’m happy that people harassed this woman. Usually, I don’t condone people harassing another person during an ongoing investigation, but everything just smelled wrong about this case once I heard that the mother didn’t want to look for her loss child.

  • @Helfirehydra

If I were to compare my family to a TV show it would be everybody hates Chris and I am Chris

  • @psychicrenegade

Every time I see your name..Annie Elise…it reminds me of my sister's name – Anneliese!

It's pronounced "Anna Lisa" and it's a German name. She was born in Germany on an Air Force base in 1978.

  • @TheLittlestViking

If the mother of the murdered child took certain medications (anterograde amnesic meds), then she absolutely could have done something to her son and not remembered it. Common medications that have this effect even at low doses are Ambien (Zolpidem) and Doxylamine. When taken recreationally/above the recommended dose, this effect can be GREATLY magnified. Likewise if they're combined with other intoxicants.

Alcohol is probably the most well-known anterorgrade amnesic, but it's impairment impact on the formation of memories doesn't kick in until people reach very high doses ("black-out-drunk") which tend to make impairment very obvious. With some anterograte amnesic meds, the memory issues kick in at lower doses than many external effects (stumbling, tripping, etc). This means that people can seem fully functional while under the influence of them, despite not forming memories of their actions. Their actions may also seem extremely unusual (people who eat a lot of food they normally wouldn't after taking Ambien are the classic example of this, but that's benign compared to some of the things that can happen).

  • @JAPrice

Have you heard the news of the newest updates about what happened to little Quentin? It's terrible.

  • @marysherry2574

Annie, I just watched The Sound of Freedom. It was so very heart wrenching. Everyone should watch this movie. It has such an important message

  • @calred4885

Hey Annie… I believe your theory is absolutely correct. It makes perfect sense. It upsets me terribly that ANY mother could just throw their baby's in the trash as if their life had no meaning… I pray they find that beautiful little boy.

Thank you Annie. I know these cases are not easy, especially for a young mom. Just makes you hold them a little longer and squeeze a little tighter. ❤

  • @thembekaxipu6961

Someone ibce asked in the case similar to this that why do such people keep on popping kids just to expose them to this kind of suffering?

  • @rockinredhead70

Uodate: his remains were found. Mom arrested & charged. Poor sweet boy.

  • @Ashley-mq2vd

Billy Jo needs to check herself. What kind of person raises TWO murderers. Lelani m's brother is in jail for robbery and murder and Lelani killed her own son and Billy Jo didnt do anything about the warning signs of clear neglect and possible abuse. Something is wrong w the whole family. Poor Quinton.

  • @mulligansmayhem

Leilani Simon is accused of beating her 20-month-old son, then throwing his body in a dumper at a mobile home park just miles from her home.

  • @mulligansmayhem

I thought she threw him in a dumpster?

  • @arumsey100

    Birth control!!!!

  • @maryhughes6092

I dont know if you've heard of this one, but you should do a video on James Hutchinson in Middletown OH.

  • @sheilableeks2030

Is there any more update on this poor baby boy baby Quinton I mean is she still in jail or watt?

  • @valeriebaker3543

I’m not sure if you’ have covered the Haleigh Cummings disappearance. It’s interesting and there’s a lot of twists and turns

  • @alimurray1915

The grandmother is as much to blame IMO. 4 kids by 4 dads. Kids taken off her when they were little. She was the legal guardian BECAUSE of what a shit mother her daughter was. She should never gone away and left them. She blamed the babysitter for things thst were never true.
The daughter put him in the trash. Then called the police. She was an abusive vile parent and I hope she rots in jail. Then hell!! And she will.

  • @margojones39

Leilani's parents were negligent leaving those kids with her and should be prosecuted along with her. Poor child. This case angers me!

  • @josiestyers5784

My thing is, he's under two years old. The pack n play is obviously to keep him contained. How the heck did Danny see him INSIDE the pack n play and now he's just disappeared. How did he get out?!

  • @TVJunkie1973

Wow! You’re analysis of this story is spot on. This poor little guy. Can you imagine throwing away your baby like trash. Even if this was not intentional everything she did from neglect to the events afterwards were. She deserves life in prison. Otherwise we’ll be here again listening to how another one of her sweet children are gone. She’s the garbage here. Let’s throw her away!

  • @Magoo1217

I ❤ (CLL) Crime Lines & Lies! Best True Crime Channel on YT, the creator is BRILLIANT! Thx for including CLL clips & info in this video!

  • @mearapalmer6180

I love your take on this case I agree

  • @matthewmccracken5179

IDK they charged that guy Zach in Kenosha with about the same….. His mini van was a little suspect…however….

  • @dorcamercado4608

If you are right… then they all sould be charged to a degree with Quinton's disappearance… because if all the resources spent trying to find this preciuos innocent child/baby! So sad and so frustrating for everyone… outside the scope of things!😑

  • @wldncrzy1971

Wow. Just wow. I hope that babysitter presses charges against Billy Jo for breaking into her home AND for physical assault! I’ve also babysat for a woman who never took care of her kids…it’s heartbreaking. That babysitter was an angel to those babies.

  • @carolyngower531

I think quinton drowned in the pool and she covered it up due to them charging her with neglect.

  • @sandrabaker5298

Just wondering, if the camera shows the back door open, didn’t it show her going out? Or was it not actual footage?

  • @sandrabaker5298

Not sure why they even took questions in the press conference. Anyone with any knowledge of the law AT ALL knows they can’t reveal what they have yet.

  • @sandrabaker5298

IMO, the police jumped the gun on that post.

  • @sandrabaker5298

Maybe Danny left because he knows Quinton’s mom is responsible. MAYBE.
And if she “doesn’t remember”, HTH did Billy Jo even know about it?!

  • @sandrabaker5298

Okay. I had to stop the video to say this. I am disgusted that any piece of filth can have a baby, but when you adopt a pet, you’re checked into and oft times there’s even home visits. Abusers and murderers of children should be MANDATORILY sterilized.

Can I ask u a question Annie Elise does it benefit you if I let the ads play or not coz I don’t mind if it helps lol just wondering 💭

  • @bridgetmcguire1106

Best story teller I’ve ever seen thank u .. u help me tho my day 👍

  • @Dana-1bealadyalways

    Wait. What?
You stated he saw her in the play crib and went to work. Have they verified he got a call or text message? Did he know ANYTHING of what 2as happening. If so, I missed it.
Ok, I listened for a fourth time and now understand!
Lord, how'd I miss all that?

  • @erminamarkaj2099

Rest in peace little Quinton I am so sorry about your death 🕊️🕊️🕊️😇😇😇

  • @laniec.320

Please bring out Takoda Collins story. It is so horrifying most legal channels are not addressing becuz he is black, not blue eyed blond.

  • @natalierivera493

This is soo sad and so disgusting that a mother would kill her own baby. She is fully responsible for her baby. Just because you have postpartum depression doesn’t make a excuse to kill your baby. So sad that now generation this is what it has come to now. Kill babies left and right. This is exactly why if you don’t want to get pregnant use condoms or go on birth control.

  • @janetstrawn

Everyone keeps asking the same question,in different forms! That officer has answered the same way..
