@Gimsu
This man did this many times, Rodney tried this to many women, nothing new, saliva was found on her chest saliva does not stay that long on a bod, Rodney said they met 2 days before her murder sperm can stay but not saliva, so he is guilty again, but not many channels show the other assaults he did, also back in 1990 not many girls were dating African Americans sorry 😅
@asiaking7192
I doubt he rubbed her back..
@asiaking7192
Before I fully watch this video I wanna say Jimmy did it
@asiaking7192

@michhaynes7272
Cover up, big boys club! Why are they allowed to get away with it! Aren't they ment to have police who investigate the police! It's a joke of a system when bent cops get promotions and never face justice just my opinion, don't come for me.
@PookysMom6
They are letting Rodney Reed pursue DNA testing to try to prove his innocence. About time TX!
@smiley32190art
yoo….if there's a CRUMB of doubt you gotta wait. can't undo the death penalty
@clearlyweird
I want a cup of coffee made by the queen herself 😋😋😋
@hopefullh4905
How could he still be a police officer after everything he did???
@ninny90285
She was working and had a job so she could have money for her wedding, but she was having a sexual relationship with someone else?
@Witch_Bitch86
They let Casey Anthony go free due to lack of evidence but put this man on death row despite the lack of evidence??? This speaks volumes about the blatant racism in our justice system.
@gcp2017
At 30:55 when you lifted your mug to take a sip I was fully expecting the underside of your mug to say “allegedly” 😂 it would’ve fit so perfectly with what you’d just said!
@clearlyweird
Bella looks sooooo much like you!
@nicoleweiler1105
Can someone please tell me how and POLICE OFFICER can RAPE a woman while in uniform or on duty and then still be allowed to serve as a police officer?!?!?!?!?!?!?
@nicoleweiler1105
Rodney Reed is still incarcerated but has not been executed as of yet.
@thesammyjenkinsexperience4996
I wrote a lengthy comment thread detailing the many deficiencies in this video, but I wanted to add something new.
44:09. First of all, the DNA that linked him to the murder of Stacey Stites wasn't from the Connie York incident which he was partially acquitted of (he was still found guilty of punching her in the face and he spent six months in jail as a result.) It was from one of his five other victims of which there are still numerous pending cases against him.
Regarding the acquittal, I would suggest people actually go and read the transcript from the Connie York case. Connie York didn't even know him. Rodney lived a block away from her but couldn't produce a single witness that had ever seen the two of them together. When asked to provide details about the times they were in each other's presence he could only recall a supposed visit to McDonald's the two supposedly took alone and he couldn't remember when that took place, and that was it.
Reed's story is that he was just walking along one day minding his own business and he strolls past Connie York's house at about 7:45PM. Connie is sitting in her car and sees Reed walk past. She calls him over and asks him what he is doing later that night, then tells him she'll pick him up at midnight at a nearby park. Then she goes off swimming with her friends, including one that lives with her who travels in a separate car. Around midnight Connie heads home and her friend also heads home about 20 minutes later. That's the 20 minute window that York supposedly planned her encounter with Reed. Remember that when Connie's friend arrived home, Connie immediately told her what happened and they went to Connie's mother's house and then directly to the police.
Police believe that Reed actually broke into the house through a kitchen window. The window glass had been broken and Reed's blood was found on the kitchen floor, and on a cloth that had been sitting on the window sill of the broken window. Reed's excuse? Oh, he injured his thumb in a boxing accident days before, then while he was at York's house he reached down to pick something up and… wait for it… somehow puts his hand THROUGH THE SUPPOSEDLY ALREADY BROKEN WINDOW and ripped the scab off his already cut hand on a shard of broken glass.
Then on top of that, Reed produced only one witness who claimed he saw Reed get into a car with Connie at the park. Except during cross examination the witness admitted that 1) he never actually saw Reed get into any car, he just saw Reed walking in the direction of a car, 2) he never actually saw Connie in any car, 3) he couldn't tell the difference between Connie's car and other similar looking cars in the area, 4) he couldn't recall which direction the car came from, 5) he couldn't recall where he actually was in the park when he saw this and 6) he claimed the pickup happened at 7:30PM when it was still light out, when according to Reed it happened after midnight. When Reed claimed he encountered Connie previously in the night it was at a different location.
Reed should have been convicted.
@sarahsnow8746
Honestly, from the first time I saw this case on ID (can’t remember which show), I though he was not guilty. I told my husband vehemently, “He did NOT do this.” Thankfully he got an indefinite stay. However, sadly, he is still incarcerated. This conviction needs to be overturned and provided a new FAIR trial with accurate info. It disgusts me that he’s still behind bars.
@inds6753
You are presenting a defence case not the case in total. The bias is obvious. I’m starting to see how true crime podcasters are propagandist and no better than gossiping neighbours.
Edit: it’s laughable that you take his acquittal of assault as proof he is not as bad as Jimmy , yet he hasn’t been acquitted of this murder and that must be a “set up”. The man’s DNA is all over these victims. I wonder if he was ever released if you would leave a daughter with him? Stephanie, the mental gymnastics you are doing to ignore this man’s guilt are gold medal worthy.
@andreapoulieva6717
This is a jaw dropping miscarriage of justice.
@frankrizzo454
Rodney Reed raped a 12 year old little girl and he killed that woman
@rachsawyer964
Hi Stephanie, can you and Derrick do an update on this case on Crime Weekly? I understand the stay of execution was granted and the case went to the Supreme Court.
@eastsidewillyb
So there was actually I believe 7 different women that Rodney Reed had sexually assaulted. The last one actually came after Stacy was murdered. So they didn’t have his DNA till he assaulted someone after the murder in the exact same spot of the Stacey murder. And again I’ll go back to, his cum was inside of a 13 year old. That’s bad.
@eastsidewillyb
Also, the wet saliva on her chest puts the timeline much closer to the time of death that Reed raped her. What woman keeps wet saliva on them for more than a couple hours? None right? Especially when getting ready for work. Are we supposed to believe she didn’t clean herself at all? That’s hard to believe for anyone.
@eastsidewillyb
I’m so confused as to how his DNA ended up in a 13 year old and kidnapped and tried to rape other people in the exact same spot. Like, let’s say he was not guilty of this. Raping a 13 year old is enough in my opinion to put you away for life. 😊
@pjxjazzyxjacoby9872
Jimmy found out she was cheating and killed her
@jazskull7257
🖤🖤🖤
@josie_marie
this is the 1st time im hearing about this & i couldn't believe it 🤯 i immediately had to look him up & see if anything had changed & it says- "on April 25, 2022 the court agreed to hear Reed’s case." 👏🏼👏🏼& i really hope you get to make another video after this case goes back to court.
@terryvarta9306
Thank you for your video. I have done research on this case and I still feel like Rodney made a mistake by denying knowing her, but I am confident Jimmy killed her. There was a woman who came out and testified that she saw Jimmy and two other cops by the car where it was found and she knew them because they coached her. It doesn't make sense that a lone girl would stop for a black man at that time of night
@donnamathoslah8183
Dated April 25, 2022: U.S. Supreme Court will consider appeal for DNA testing in the Rodney Reed death penalty case.
@kathleenrawner573
This guy is guilty as sin. Was he also having a secret affair with the 12 year old his semen was found in? What about the other women he raped, claimed not to know until his semen was found and he claimed to have a secret affair with her too. Stop listening to celebrities and do your own research.
@mattswitzer6015
You're a terrible, horrible little person. I'm sure your parents are proud…
It's alarming how ignorant you are, yet have the audacity to speak ad though you've studied ALL SIDES!
He's guilty, you're incredibly stupid, and enjoy hell you virtue signaling little troll.
