They killed him, and she thought she would adopt his kids. She was a pathological ,she and her dad are murderers.

  • @lizspinazola7674

Unpopular opinion: Their version of the story is true.

An FBI agent would know how to cover this up, which he wasn't able to.

The kids recanted their testimony because they were brainwashed by the family that created the narcissistic psychopath (their father) to begin with.

If this father wanted to get away with murder, he could have: including the blood splatter.

You'd really have to live with an abuser to understand how insidious and manipulative they are.

  • @milenaliv7936

A brick on the night stand?!!! Hmmm 🧐 weird

  • @adriennepyle7625

She is crazy, the dad had 30 years of FBI experience and they murdered her husband. PERIOD. The fact that the children begged the judge and he still only gave them a few years is disgusting.

  • @jessicaRabbitt3316

    No marks though hey wow

  • @jessicaRabbitt3316

He's very calm for just have gotten into a fight with a bat after watching his daughter getting chocked. That call sounds SUS to me. I would be out of breath and coming down from adrenaline and my voice would sound shaky I'm sure

  • @rochellealexander8271

It irritates me that the brother believes that just because the dad worked for the FBI it makes him a good person. Like, TH?!?!?

  • @tonedeafmagonigle3513

Huge story here in Ireland at the time. Everything points to premeditated murder. They should have got life. 4 years is rediculous but typical corrupt America justice system.

  • @darlenedelgado5936

The brother is in denial that his sister Molly & his father committed murder.

  • @shelbysinger

    she’s giving casey anthony vibes

  • @tamarasanders8184

Can you please look into the Rebecca Grossman case in Westlake village, CA? We need more coverage for the boys 🙏🏽

  • @lorifintel9784

I would never have given in to the ultimative. Especially when you have children's lives that you are interrupting and their mother had died.😢

  • @cory1800

Didn’t the evidence point to Jason being beat from behind and while on the ground!? How is that self defense? Especially when neither Molly nor her father had a mark on them!? The entire situation is very sketchy!!

  • @zzevonplant

I don't know that EVERYTHING she clamed about Jason was a lie, maybe he was cruel, controlling, etc. That may well be the case, at least to some extent. I could even imagine the stuff about choking being true – some of that seems to make sense to me. BUT, there is no way this was truly self-defense. I don't believe that for a second. You don't need to beat someone about the head until you get to grey matter in order to stop them from attacking you, at least I don't imagine that would ever make sense. Someone would be incapacitated before THAT point. And they absolutely should have had more injuries, I think, & the brick & bat were extremely suspicious, the dad's demeanor is weird to me, her calling his kids her kids like that is weird, & on & on. Everything about this is weird. And even if he was mean, even abusive, to her AND even if he had really killed his first wife (which, I'm not sure how Molly could possibly have known that, though, even if it were true, unless he just outright admitted it..?), none of that justifies murdering a man. You can't just kill someone, even if they're an a–hole. And if he was an a–hole, she certainly was no innocent angel either. She lied constantly, & was REALLY weird with how badly she wanted his children – something is just very off about her, to me.
This case is so disturbing and sad. And it's so senseless. These kids are the true victims here. They lost their mother first, & then they lose their father too, in such a horrific & violent manner – and for what? What was the point in killing him? It makes no sense at all.

  • @user-kb2ce6ix2e

The only daughter of an fbi agent had become an expert at lying to her father, she faked what happened and either killed him herself, and her dad showed up and she said he was going to kill me or she called out and said to her dad he is going to kill me, but more than likely she did it herself and her dad believed her and helped her cover by thinking he would be more believable. Which look, it worked out for them.

  • @jamesermlich7447

My only problem is that this was too messy and could see Molly putting all the pieces together in that house Braining her husband with the brick then playing her dad to help her Wouldn't you think the FBI dad could devise a 'gone silently into the night' plan if initially involved?

  • @janinehering1242

Oh, I only hit him until I thought he wasn't going to attack us anymore. Dude, you bashed his face and head in. That's not neutralizing the threat, that's obliterating the threat. Sad that they'll spend so little time in prison. I feel so bad for those kids.

  • @ShelbyRiemer

I truly don't know how to feel about this case. I feel like I'd need more details of facts, timelines, hearing from doctors themselves and etc to come to a conclusion. 🤷‍♀️

  • @jenniferjohnston8376

This case divided nobody that I know of in Ireland. Cold blooded murder

  • @aviyak4890

I feel so bad for Keith imagine marrying what you thought was the love of your life and then not only losing your child, but losing your wife because she was just over you and she didn’t even have the nerve to tell you to your face

  • @idelaboutique9367

Seriously 4 years time served so maybe 3 years barely. What kind of bs is this. Omgoodness this is upsetting. I'm trying to be nice but I'm not buying the B's the daughter and father are selling. Selling me garbage calling it Gold WOW. I am shocked they pretty much walked. Money and The Father must have been in the criminal justice field I must have missed that. As for the mom staying downstairs while her daughter is supposedly getting abused by anyone, no way. As a mother I would have been all up in the middle of that situation period, especially with her giving the kid's code words etc seriously full of crap. Shocking ending to a brutal unnecessary loss. Poor Children are the real victims.

  • @idelaboutique9367

If Molly was mentally ill was any of her family members also mentally Ill?

  • @idelaboutique9367

If she was drugging him with trazadone it would be in his autopsy report they would have tested him for drugs and alcohol. It would have popped. It's controlled in some states. SMH

  • @idelaboutique9367

She is clearly being dishonest. Shes piercing her lips. And more. SMH horrible.

  • @stephanglo8234

The dad and Molly 100% just straight up murdered Jason, no doubt. I feel so bas for Jason's poor kids 💔

  • @nikkishears6402

They planned it. The fact that Tom is FBI, to me, means he'd know how to get away with it. Not to mention, the girl in question is a known liar with serious mental issues.

  • @makavelismith

    Sucha pathetic lie. Enjoy prison.

  • @jamison1280

I have trouble with motive in this case. Why would Molly and her father want the husband dead? It seems like he was willing to leave and planning to leave.

  • @DonAsk-ks2qy

Women know how to press men's buttons, it's their only weapon. They use this till they drive the men to violence so that they can call the cops. This is how they punish and control some men. What they don't consider is that this form of manipulation can cost them their lives or freedom.

  • @vickiebify

great review of this case overall very objective

  • @vickiebify

100 % the evidence speaks for itself, hit no smashed from behind! no self defence wounds, the blood splatter. She was obsessed with the kids and her parents tried to help her keep them.

  • @alisaannunziato1084

Molley and her dad were in this together.wow so sad that this man could have grieved over losing his wife.he should have gone on to try and live as normal with his kids.

  • @user-lt1rk6qn2i

.😮😢 sounds to me like that Molly girl had a lot going on in her head and wanted the kids ? I can't make a decision all I can say is I feel bad for both of those kids for losing both of their parents under horrible circumstances all I can say is my prayers go out to those kids and those kids family and may their parents rest in peace and I hope those kids can get the help that they need but nothing will ever replace their parents❤💯🙏😢. And as far as that stepmother sounds like she needs a lot of help and I hope she gets the help that she needs cuz it seems to me that she has a lot going on in her head very sad sounds to me that she just wanted kids and didn't care how she got them,?!! But then idk her…so I just pray 🙏 every 1 in this family/ not fam. Every one needs serious help….😢😢 Tragic what happened to the poor kids ,and they are who matters the most here!!!! 💞🙏

  • @user-qr7vo4df3m

Trazodone is prescribed for INSOMNIA. Just fyi.

  • @marleeljoka9333

I don’t I’ll say this much… is his wife did have a history of asthma the prosecution could’ve same back at that with the proof she had some type of diagnosis or script. Another odd part is that you’re always told to stay where you are when an ambulance is on its way so the fact that he was “driving to meet them” is suupppeerrrr odd to me. I’ve never heard of such a thing

  • @marleeljoka9333

I don’t know how I feel about this one. My gut tells me the sister influenced the kids because more often than not they’d tell the truth initially not back out later unless they were told by the sister to second guess what they had seen. You also detox as you sleep. So regardless the BAC level doesn’t say squat to me personally. I’ve seen people function at well above the limit and other who can barely function at all after 1 beer. 🍺 and I did mma for years and a triangle choke (how the dad explained the interaction) wouldn’t leave marks on her neck and I wouldnt expect a bunch of trauma or markings given how it went down. Nobody said they were repeatedly punched or rolling in glass. Notice they also didn’t have blood on them so clearly the father was at a distance similar to how he explained. Idk though. 🤦 🤦‍♀️ 🤦‍♂️

  • @Sagittariusastar182

The dad working for the fbi doesn’t mean shiitake. They’re guilty

  • @MsRotorwings

4 years for a brutal murder? The killing was premeditated. That would make it First degree murder. I don’t believe them based on the fact neither of them had any injuries or marks on them after the “attack”.
And the lies, all those lies.
