I have watched a few different podcasts on Leonarda and no one has ever given her back story. I absolutely love how you really tell so much more. No one does a deep dive like you. Youre amazing!

Cant imagine the time spent researching for thee full story! Thank you 💐

I was like this 😮😮😮😮😮 for the whole series…

Imo mental illness was strong in this woman and most likely in both her biological parents.

I just want to say she really went off the deep end after she started making soap so my suspicion is that she was inhaling all kinds of chemicals that could have contributed to her deranged thinking.

Genetics, childhood abuse, brain altering chemicals…the perfect storm to create a monster.

My favorite video set you’ve done.

I read tarot professionally. The beginning of this video is fascinating

Honestly the spells with the mils coffee and sugar doesn’t work 💁🏻‍♀️ but I did also forget the blood part 🤷🏻‍♀️

Honestly, Leonarda’s constant anxiety and difficulty conceiving and carrying to term, along with mental health issues, could also be correlated to MTHFR mutation, which is very common at least in one gene of the couple. In any case, the trauma definitely did not help and could also be the sole causative factor.

Not only is caustic soda strong enough to break down a body, it’s actually used in “water cremation” today.

Story about Leonarda was one of the first cases i found on the internet- at the time when i just got hooked by crime and horror stories. I never looked into details of to why she did what she did until now and i kinda feel ashamed because of that. Few years ago that was just the scary story for me alongside with many others true or not so true ones. Now i see that these are real peoples cases, with flaws, with problems and traumas. Thank you for being such a wholsome storyteller! When i tell some friends that i like true crime videos they don't understand how can i watch such horrible stuff. Maybe even they think that only people with low empathy can watch something like that xD. I think otherwise: now i like watching crime videos not only cause of the crime, but because of the people in it. I know, long essay xd

Omg. This was hard to listen to. Yikes

  • @michellecoyne6665

  • @KH3Art

The fact that they put this woman in the prison kitchen is wild.

  • @braydindelao6866

Anxious and over protective sounds like most Italian moms; FACTS😂

I felt great empathy for Leonarda until she killed Faustina. I almost cried listening to how this woman was so nervous and excited to start her journey to meet her "husband". So evil.

  • @Teressa1183

My heart aches for Faustina – oh my god. That poor woman so desperately wanted to be loved and have a family. It hurts to hear about what happened to her. Oh my god.

  • @nattyrf511

I would love a Leonarda soap recipe book.

I make my own soaps too. Although not with human fat…

  • @jamiewilson4479

Excellent video!! I have never heard this much detail of Leanarda in a video before! I have never heard the story of her mother. I didn't know. I was listening to a story I had heard part of before until I heard the name Jesepie.
