Sheriff found passed out in car with Four Loko and refuses sobriety tests

Hey, did you see that video of the guy getting arrested for a DWI? He was so out of it, it was wild. The cop asked him to step out of the truck, but he kept insisting he wasn’t driving, even though there was puke all over him and a Four Loco in the console. The cop was patient at first, but then had to physically remove him from the vehicle. It was pretty intense, but also kind of sad to see someone in that state.
