As a meticulous crime investigator, I meticulously analyzed the transcript of the interrogation, paying close attention to every word spoken by the suspect. It was apparent that the individual was attempting to evade questioning and manipulate the conversation to avoid admitting guilt. The suspect’s reluctance to provide concrete alibis or corroborating evidence raised suspicions about their involvement in the recent string of burglaries in the area. Additionally, their inconsistent statements and vague responses only added to the mounting evidence against them. It was clear that this individual was attempting to deceive law enforcement in order to conceal their criminal activities. As the investigation continued, it became increasingly evident that their web of lies was beginning to unravel, exposing their true nature as a cunning and deceitful perpetrator. With each passing moment, the case against them grew stronger, leaving no room for doubt about their culpability in these heinous crimes. The web of deception they had woven was beginning to unravel, and their attempts to mislead investigators were rapidly falling apart. It was only a matter of time before the truth would come to light, revealing the depths of their depravity and the extent of their criminal behavior. And as a dedicated crime investigator, I was determined to uncover every last detail and bring this individual to justice.

Some people choose not to have an autopsy done, even when the death is unexpected, and the cause of death is unknown. It doesn't always point to the spouse's involvement.

    Ask me how I know.

  • @dfreshMC

Bob, having multiple affairs is actually a point for the defense because if he's had multiple affairs and never tried to kill his wife or any of the other affairs then how is this a fair amount of for killing his wife come on

  • @dfreshMC

😊 I don't believe the SA stuff for one second… These are two women that went with the guy on a date and then later found out that he's wanted for murder and his wife. They were embarrassed and they saw a quick quick opportunity to get some Fame and that's what that is. I've seen it happen a million times

  • @rfross771

@annie the entire Denver metro area (really one big city) is 4.9 million.😊 I'm from there

This is an extremely flimsy case. If the police had to shop around all over the country to find a single, professional expert for hire, to finally get someone to agree it was murder, that’s a shit load of reasonable doubt. The police had to shop for a professional witness and they still couldn’t find ONE in the entire state of Colorado? That’s extremely fishy.

Yea, Bob’s actions are shitty. But the evidence is nothing more than circumstantial.

I’m sorry but I don’t see any actual evidence here. Our justice system isn’t supposed to be prosecuting people who “probably killed somebody” but who is guilty beyond all reasonable doubt.

Even with the slanted one sided story telling I’m still not convinced. I’d like to hear the defenses case. This is by far the weakest case I’ve seen on any true crime podcast.

  • @Kali-Moe

After 27 years of marriage I kicked my lying husband and when I did I kept getting all these messages emails from all these women telling me that my ex husband was cheating on me since 1996. 2 of them were underage. I asked if you knew he was married why didn’t you tell me sooner! Apparently they didn’t think it was wrong! I thank god every single day I don’t have to be around this POS anymore. He’s someone else’s problem now.

I think when Stacy heard from Susan, Stacy told him she was divorcing him and it caused him to kill her. What bothers me about Susan is that she continued to sleep with Bob after Stacy died. Didn’t she think it strange that Stacy died the morning of or after she had a conversation with her? I feel for the family that it took so many years to get justice and for the children that had to grow up knowing their father killed their mother!

  • @23clockwood

Ten minutes in and I’m like “oh yeah, he did it”

  • @barbarakazuck365

For 3 years his lives his life after taking his wife's life. He's given privileges that no criminal should get and abuses them. What a piece of sh*t!

  • @susanpugh5265

Hasn't anyone heard of divorce?? That's what he should have done before going out with other women ! If you don't want😮 to be married to someone, that's what you do! It's alot better than taking a mother away from their kids & you don't have to prison for it! Men are so stupid!

  • @timpress3555

He’s a weird rapist so he just got sick of her so-called standing in his way. He’s mentally ill. She was blinded by hope.

  • @timpress3555

Counselors talk about it all the time. Stacey rushed into this relationship without knowing the sky, and she wanted getting a guy who got gave her to Kids, but took her life. It’s terrible.

  • @jo-annajordan2346

Good work! I love the red flag. Also you tell the story without tons of boring photos being repeated and repeated 😛

  • @Jana-ic7sf

Hi, it's Jana!! I watch your true crime everyday. Awesome work you are all doing. Now.. about the glasses, the black frames are too dark for your completion, the lighter colors are the best for you. Get the lighter colors girl!!

I can’t get over parents dropping their kids off at a house where an alleged murder took place with a man out on bail.

  • @candicegunanoot1171

  • @MissMeina

This reminds me of dr nuelander lol he was my gyno when I lived back in NY … you should really cover that crazy ass case!!

  • @zxy78267

This is so sad. He deprived their children of their mother and her family and friends of her presence in their lives. I lost my best friend to cancer in 2012, and I still miss her every single day. He's selfish and uncaring, and a monster.

  • @zxy78267

Annie! You hit $1 million! I'm watching an old case, and I checked to see if you made it yet. Congratulations!

  • @judytinker3392

Only an hour for cleanup for murder, and then clean up. I question that. I usually have an opinion on these cases for this one I really don’t have an opinion. I don’t know what his reasoning was and that’s odd for me because usually I have an opinion about everything this one I don’t.

  • @jamessellers8472

It’s incredibly rare to see one of the participants in this story here in the comment section. Susan McBride has clarified some details that have otherwise been misleading

  • @angiefranco-neff2277

I’m sorry the man is just a complete nut. There’s no excuse for him. It’s just crazy..

  • @thatgirlkitkat9467

When I was a teenager my big brother attempted to end his life. When he did not succeed but ended up in the hospital, they drug tested him. I had smoked Mary Jane with him just two days prior. He tested negative for any drugs, at all. I stood there, unable to say anything in front of my dad, totally dumbfounded. So, in my experience, not having anything show up in a drug screen, isn't always definitive.

  • @ellywitmer1584

I bet she confronted him and threw in a divorce and he lost it.

  • @cindy-wo4qt

Yes he killed her because she probably came at him with the affair….like most women in that situation she probably said that's it no more!!!! She probably also told him she was taking him for everything he's worth and that's when he came at her and strangled her…….i dont know thats just a scenario i imagine mught have happened!!!

  • @scottpanek9159

Personally? I think definitely premeditation? He was a slut

  • @elaine8417

So wait she found out he was marryed and still slept with him 3 weeks later??

  • @tdawgcoolgirl2994

He didn't want to split up the assets.

  • @billybubba8344

She told him get out you cheater and he panicked
