How funny is the fact that Ivanovich get permission to create primat's hybrid when he worked in Paster's University in Paris. And University gave him this permission. Chimpanzees that he got were from French New Guinea. But usually this little details are removed from the story for some reason.

Now that's BS I was subscribed until I pulled up the newest video showing I wasn't ummmm YouTube I didn't unsubscribe to Stephanie Harlowe thank you very much

I still wonder how much was hypothermia and delusions caused by this, given we only have valentinas word for it all and she would have been affected to some degree, even if she survived. It's so sad this group was not well enough led and therefore prepared for this journey. They were so healthy and strong but you need to plan for the changes in weather on any mountain hike. Ludmilla surely would have known about the risk of mushrooms but then she clearly put light packs over safe planning so it's hard to know. The nerve gas idea is interesting. Especially if they apparently randomly stopped production that year !

  • @KittenisKitten

they died of overdose, Rhodiola Rosea probably

  • @nathanbumann

It seems that you took a lot of time (and fun?) in searching causes for this incident. Personally I tend to believe in the nerve agent theory or something in this direction. Think about the deserted village nearby! Why did people move away from there? You'd had to ask some late inhabitant….And why did it take so long until officials came to see the dead bodies?' And most of all I see the headbanging onto rocks…..and the scratching…..who does such tihings??? Only people with distressed nerves (and organs)… Hopefully you read my comment…and thanks for your investigation…Of course if Valentina Utochenko underwent trauma therapy, maybe the "mystery" would be solved…but it's her right to forget about the incident….if she can really forget…I wish her peace ….and no threats from government or officials..BTW it's impossible to understand everything…sometimes we just have to wonder…

I dont know if it's because I just unexpectedly lost my father or the hundreds of true crime cases of evil people doing such the most depraved acts, but I have been having horrible, morbid nightmares a lot to the point i had to step away for a bit. I thought i had seen every single video you've uploaded, but apparently haven't..love your videos and you are one of the best storytellers, narrator's I've ever seen! xx hydie ❤

    @Stephanie Harlowe URGENT MUST READ!!!!

SOLUTION Mercury or metal poisoning? The reason why? Because I watched a video from Lazy Masquerade the other day which had a similar case of Farmers whose entire family and life stock was virtually wiped out.

The causes and description of how they died sound SO CLOSE TO THIS, it can't be a mere co incidence.

They MUST HAVE drank or ate food in from a container made of a toxic metal?
OR the area where they were was contaminated with mercy or other poisonous affects on the human body? And as they were exposed for a long time it was fatal to this extreme level?

OR The survivor was the ONE POISONING them? After all, it seems convenient that the others suffered their horrific deaths and yet not the survivor?

And at the end of the day we don't know the personal relationships and history amongst the people involved. Or at the least our information is limited.

    David

How did I miss this Harlowe video when it first came out?
    Lowe Har is awesome

  • @saguablub2818

28:04 that's not correct. The German word for taboo is Tabu.
The n was added to create a resemblance to the names of other chemicals. So it's name does come from Tabu (taboo), but Tabun (taboon) isn't rhe German word for taboo..

  • @Angela-dx6cs

    This is so creepy!

  • @TheShankari33

I love this section of your work.

  • @chocochiplova1998

    Psylocibin is sending me 😂

  • @eugenehatin.420

Sounds like maybe they wandered into a old bomb test site or something ? Explains it being barren and a mars like area and radiation would cause the bleeding and clawing at the face and throat and also why it took them so long to go there bc they had to prep for radiation

  • @lorismiley

Maybe it was a bad combination of a few things? Just the right horrible cocktail?

  • @rightmadmod9416

Who knows? Maybe she just killed them. Lol

  • @weezyfaz7

I don’t think I heard what happened to the daughters group

  • @plspriska

To be fair i dont think americans can really point fingers at russia and say “their govt is doing weird and dangerous experiments.” Our govt has done and continues to do plenty of that also.

  • @lindc1070

    Hallucinations from hypothermia

  • @kikidee3204

The weirdest thing for me is that both the korvina and dyat lov parties both camped just beyond the wood line which makes me think what did they see ???and for the station group what did they hear???what sound made them leave the tent??? Wolves maybe??

  • @meryamdjeghri7737

It is always funny to me how the americans talk about the soviet cold war expeiment like their own gouvernement wasn't doing some f up experiments themselves.

  • @__thelastpoet

i thought I watched all your videos and yet here we are. i love these strange and unusual ones agh!

  • @janinemarie4530

Does anyone know is this a podcast now? Stephanie mentioned this serves would become a podcast, I would love that!

  • @GenuineUntelligence

The shrooms seems like the most likely answer combined with hypothermia based on the information we know.

Also felt the need to add that much as Hitler did some of the most evil acts ever committed on the world, he was quite an interesting character and certainly not a one dimensional shell as is often portrayed. He was a genocidal ** but he was also an enthusiastic artist (despite his work not being spectacular) and though he wasn't a vegetarian, that rumour came about because he was very concerned with animal welfare… His reasons for not using chemical weapons can never truly be known, it may even have been the indiscriminate nature of chemical warfare and his animal rights concerns? He certainly didn't seem concerned about human suffering, of the enemy or his own people.

  • @dompaine
