Strange & Unusual: The Stairs In The Woods

The enigmatic case of the mysterious stairs found in the depths of the woods has baffled investigators for years. These seemingly out-of-place structures lead to nowhere, with no clear purpose or origin. Some speculate that they are remnants of a forgotten time, while others believe they are a sinister marker left by a malevolent force. Reports of eerie encounters and unexplained disappearances near these stairs only add to the chilling mystery of this bizarre phenomenon. The general type of crime associated with this case is that of missing persons and possible foul play in secluded areas.

I think you should check out Dougie Corrado’s story about the stairs in the woods and the true reason they keep showing up.

I believe the big bang theory is connected to God. I believe it was all his creations from the very first speck to where ever it's going to end if it ever does. I also believe there are many planets with life.I believe that there are ives in different frames of times. After all, we are energy and energy never dies it just transforms.

  • @wesleysept6536

It's funny, cause I remember it being said " stain", but being spelled " Berenstein", and asking my mom about it? It's a major memory that I have, and now it's a " Mandela effect"? Great video though, I'm not used to you talking about this type of topic. With love, and respect. Wes Sept

I don't believe that parallel universes are the reason for the mandella effect. To me, it's like when kids are learning to spell, when they sound it out they do so in the way they've heard the word pronounced by a parent/guardian. If that person has an accent or maybe they pronounce the word incorrectly that child will spell that word wrong until corrected. Same with stories or facts and these things spread. Since thet seem to be benign in nature why would people question how true it is. Sometimes things are big like Nelson Mandella dying but same goes, if someone you trust says he died alot if times people will just accept it as truth.

Stairs leading nowhere, out in the woods, is mentioned in Mark Z Danielewski's novel House of Leaves. Maybe the sinister stairs myth predates this book, but I think these memes are inspired by the novel, which describes stairs descending into a bottomless space

  • @Mandy-nt2cs

  • @dahliacheung6020

There is a written document with all the strange national park events- people searching for a companion who randomly disappeared only to give up and find them by the car once they reach the parking lot, children showing up after being lost for a couple months with no memory of the time they were gone, blood oozing from a tree that when cut open revealed a severed hand- that was probably the weirdest thing I've ever read, but not the creepiest. The creepiest has always been the stairs.

I'd taken a year or so long break from true crime and when I returned one of the first videos I watched on this channel was the series on Centralia, Pennsylvania. As I was watching that for some reason I thought, damn, I wish Stephanie made a video about those random stairs that appear in the woods. And then BOOM! I scroll right to this video. I've been saving it for a few days waiting for the right time and I think today is it. I feel like a lumberjack hovering over a freshly grilled steak on a plate in front of him at the table, rubbing his hands together in excitement before digging in. Except I'm an autistic lady doing some excited wiggling stim as I press play 😂

  • @debragale278

Stephanie, do not say things like… maybe we will go live… and then not do it. That's just playing with a person's emotions, and we are all pretty fragile right now.

  • @voodoomamajuju2455

The missing 411 phenomenon is so fascinating. I would love for you to do a deep dive into some of the reports that have been made around them

  • @bearsbeauty5007

The timing of this is so funny, I literally spent like 45 minutes looking for a box of cream that I made. I checked all the containers multiple-time there are only nine plastic boxes in my closet. I opened each one looked at what was in there and then set it outside the closet. I ended up having to make another batch I never found it. Then yesterday when I was looking for something else I found an entire box of that cream in the same closet on the shelf where I looked multiple times last week.

  • @Aloe_there7

It reminds me off the book the midnight library

  • @bearsbeauty5007

Creepy. I was looking at pictures of the staircases in the woods and as I was literally looking at the picture of the little boy on top of the five steps you were showing it in your video and I was confused because it was both on my computer screen where I had looked it up and on my phone screen where I was watching your video. Nope

  • @maximomorales9563

I BELIEVE THAT 'SOME' OF THOSE "STAIRS" ARE FOR "UFOs" THAT DO 'NOT' WANT TO TOUCH THE GROUND OR LEAVE ANY EVIDENCE OF THEIR PRESENCE AND OR LANDING BEHIND. AGAIN, JUST ME.

  • @cheryltarter5929

    Good job. I’m impressed

  • @amandahubbard3263

If you have t already, please do a missing 411 series!!! Your videos are enthralling and I’ve been binge watching all of your videos and I am more and more amazed by your abilities!

  • @serenacronk5799

Did you do a video about the story at the end you mentioned?
