The disappearance of Suzanne, a 49-year-old woman who went missing while out on a bike ride on Mother’s Day in 2020, sparked immediate suspicion towards her husband Barry. After a year-long investigation, Barry was finally charged on May 5th, 2021. However, in a surprising turn of events, all charges against Barry were dismissed by a judge in April of 2022.
The case remained relatively quiet until authorities made a grim discovery on September 22nd, 2022. Suzanne’s remains were found during a search in Moffet, Colorado, about 45 miles from her home where she was reported missing. Barry’s lawyer released a statement expressing the heartbreaking news, stating that Barry is now with his two daughters.
As of now, no charges have been refiled against Barry, leaving the case in a state of uncertainty. The coming days and weeks will undoubtedly reveal more details, and I will continue to provide updates as the investigation unfolds.

It's sad that his manipulation of his children is so strong they turned their backs on justice for their mother… they believe he is innocent. 😢 how would she have gotten 45 miles from the home and the bike was near the home, just laid there with no drag marks or evidence of a struggle.

Suzanne never went on a bike ride on Mother's Day she was already murdered. Barry was manipulating Suzanne's phone to make it look like it was her texting and requesting all male Facebook friends and other activity.
