After a meticulous 11-hour search of the suspects’ home, both Sydney and Tammy Moore were apprehended and slapped with serious charges of murder, kidnapping, and even two counts of indecent exposure on June 20th, 2016. The gravity of their alleged crimes was not lost on the law enforcement officials involved in the case.

The first trial, showcasing the kidnapping accusations against Sydney, was nothing short of intense. Following an arduous seven hours of deliberation, the jury shockingly revealed to the judge that they were at an impasse, leading to a hung jury and ultimately a mistrial declared in October of 2018. The complexity of the case seemed to be causing challenges for the legal system.

As the legal battle continued, Tammy found herself facing trial next, with prosecutors honing in not only on the evidence from Sydney’s mistrial but also highlighting the threatening text messages she had allegedly sent to Heather. The courtroom drama stretched on for 11 grueling days, testing the patience of all involved. However, after just 4 hours of intense deliberation, the jury was able to reach a verdict. Tammy was handed down a severe sentence of 30 years for each count, a clear sign that some form of justice was being served, despite the absence of a murder charge.

The quest for the truth and the pursuit of justice carried on, with the meticulous nature of the crime investigation never faltering. Each piece of evidence painstakingly analyzed, each witness testimony meticulously scrutinized, until finally, some form of resolution was obtained in the court of law.

What happened to ur longer sessions?????

  • @pdxdude6428

Good! Bye Tammy, you EVIL witch. You should have never taken it out on Heather for your husband's mistake!! She was not married, he was!

  • @maneckineckbeard1749

This case absolutely infuriated me beyond words!!
As a woman, the idea of blaming the innocent young girl (barely out of her teens!) who was seduced by your creep of a husband who was almost twice her age, rather than blaming your husband is just utterly bizarre and mind-blowing! IMHO, any man who cheats on their wife (or partner) and the mother of their kidsā€” especially with a girl practically young enough to be their daughterā€” is an absolute disgusting scumbag…but apparently Tammy thought he was just such a Catch that she was willing to do literally anything to preserve her marriage: UGH!
I mean, for all Tammy knew, her hubby could've used the old line about how he's separated/divorced/single on poor Heather; I was Heather's age once, and I vividly recall how many married, much-older men would try to flash money at me and claim that they were actually divorced or "just waiting for their divorce to go through." Those creepos are a dime a dozen, but Tammy apparently thought her man was worth spending life in prison!

Also, I know this is petty…but seriouslyā€” when I found out Tammy's age I was shocked! I thought she was easily at least 10 years older than she actually was! And she just looks mean, IMHO. I guess she's just an example of someone's ugly insides showing through to the outside?

  • @kalalooney5964

This was a tough one. Most cases like this seem to be. Messy mess. Glad justice was served but I do feel for Tammy in a sense. Sidney should've gotten life without imo. Rip Heather.

  • @delorescannon455

He is the reason that very beautiful young lady got killed, look at the at this Tammy she's a complete mess….

  • @snowblo1

So, was the husband ever charged? I'll have to look up this case info. I think I remember some of it, and being so pissed at the 1st jury that they couldn't decide shit.

  • @faraz4692

She looks 20 years older without makeup

  • @tessaducek5601

I clicked hoping she was found. šŸ˜¢

  • @user-qb2cc1hh7c

I'd like to get my hands on both of them!!!

  • @jackiebaker83

    Was Heather's body found?

  • @daleunderwood7407

That picture of the mom wearing the cross on her necklace while on trial for murder really pisses me off. Trying to produce this religious imagery for her to trick the public and jury into believing that God has her back and that she couldn't be guilty makes me want her to receive an even larger punishment. I can't stand it when evil people(demons) use God's name and imagery to deceive us.

  • @tonyamedsker213

I REALLY LIKE THIS CHANNEL AND FEEL THINGS ARE ALWAYS WELL RESEARCHED BEFORE PRESENTED FOR EVERYONE TO SEE. Iā€™ve NEVER doubted a story yet HOWEVER with that said, I HOPE this isnā€™t something thatā€™s being forced out to the public for other reasons. IF Ashton had anything to do with this I hope he is exposed & the truth comes out for all involved. But lately it sure seems like a lot of people are CHOOSING to suddenly come out with accusations many yrs even decades laterā€¦ and especially towards politicians & movie actorsā€¦ I understand after a horrible crime has been committed against someone, going to authorities would be difficultā€¦ I can understand if someone has $$ and possibly knows people with some type of ability to threaten or worse the victimā€¦ how incredibly difficult and scary it would have to be. With that said IF I was in a position that would make sure nothing bad ever happened to anybody elseā€¦ I WOULD TAKE THE CHANCES AND DO THE RIGHT THING! If I found it difficult to do it for just my selfā€¦ I would imagine if I had the ability to save someone in the futureā€¦ Iā€™d definitely do my best to stand up and tell the authorities. Many years down the road would make it a bit harder on everyone involved and especially those in charge of getting all the necessary evidence. Just my 2 centsā€¦

  • @graedot

Good. What an awful person. RIJ, oh jealous one!!

  • @OnlyLoveIsWelcome

They hunted, abused, and murdered that child

  • @ion4mar455

Finally!!! They were arrestedā€¦ It was pretty obvious Sidney lured her from her house that night. After that they were just shady about everything. Heather finally deserves Justice and Peace. Her Parentā€™s must be so relieved waiting for this day to come.

  • @KBenny32

Tammy is a monster, plain and simple. Her whole family is filled with bullies and some are no doubt helping cover this up. (The surveillance shows them all involved in the cleanup)
I pray that the Elvis family will one day get the answers the are longing for, along with their daughter and sisterā€™s remains so they may finally lay Heather to rest.
Who hasnā€™t made poor decisions as teens and young adults, especially when it comes with promises from someone you think loves you.

  • @Boo-dawg.

What a POS, and I can't believe a person would murder someone over a loser like that. Was she going to kill every female he had messed around with? Because I'm sure he wouldn't have stopped his games. Tammy looks like a šŸ– in her mugshot. I guess she thought she had a real prize. Kills a young girl, but she stayed with him? It takes two, so I don't understand her reasoning.

  • @LOVEDoesntHURT

100% this guy's fault. Women need to stop going after each other for some man that treats them both like a game. These ladies could have supported each other after sending him on his way but instead a beautiful young girl lost her life and a Wife lost her life as she knew it. The only winner was the clown they were fighting over.

  • @aleisaetheridge8682

His smirk makes me sick .Im so happy to know they r both in prison and their appeal failed and they r staying in jail ,hopefully for the rest of their awful lives .

  • @aleisaetheridge8682

Im forever surprised by a jury that lets Casey Anthony off for the murder of her child and the ones that didnt find this creep guilty.

  • @aleisaetheridge8682

I hope they go after The cheating awful husband again and he gets locked up along with his crazy wife .

  • @memeeemee214

Girls still donā€™t get it to this day ?!! Thereā€™s millions of good guys and girls out there why would you go for a married person?!
I just donā€™t understand ! Jealousy can turn so many people into monsters

  • @user-rk8fr4xn6r

great news that's where they need in prison these people is a threat to human life

  • @yvonnehansen4888

    what did pos husband get?

  • @sillyybaee4153

    I hate this couple.
    THEY ARE DIGUSTING . .
