was he offered a plea at all that he rejected or was there nothing on the table? have a feeling the no parole clause will eventually get dropped. what he did was despicable but the sentence seems a bit incongruent when someone like chris watts got the same.

    Thank you Chawlie..
for reminding me why I should not be murdering my brother-in-law.
.. Im loving it out here grilling lambchops and prawns on the barbie … munching watermelon 🍉 and sipping cold beer…with my sister and brother-in-law.. how bout you chawlie?

  • @Miamidolfan305

Charley sounds like an old record with scratches on it were it keep skipping. Bye bye Charley, Donna, and Wendi still trying to figure out if the father is involved.

  • @Miamidolfan305

Wendi your next, there is know way you didn't about your ex husband's murder, you are a pathetic human being, "what you gonna do when they come for you bad boys bad boys what you going to do.

  • @simondaughtry4619

Another case of autopsy photo over indulgence convicting the innocent… It's growing out of control.

This is so fantastic!! A lot to go through but I haven’t heard Charlie once ask if everything is ok anyone trying to still collect money for kadie, I mean there’s still 3 of them out there to be blackmailed. He gives a lot of clues on the Nov 8th call which is why I’m writing he said he “knew” exactly what was gonna happen he knew in his “gut” and he said I knew the 3 of them was going to go to North Carolina do we know what he’s speaking about? I’m starting to believe Wendi came up with the defense by the way he says he shouldn’t have listened to someone that benefits from his downfall even if someone cares about you if etc. and still not once has Donna said.. well Charlie you brought this girl in our life and now look..NOT ONCE because if Dan was every 4 letter word what would an extorting girlfriend be called?

  • @ian79p

Charlie has a LONG way to go to accepting reality and it’s only prolonged by Dawnna. She strokes Charlie’s ego so she doesn’t have to accept reality either. They’re all self serving. Toxic – all of em..

  • @lizalbee

So it would only be fair for him if he was seen as innocent- 😂 On a side note, could you imagine this family when his team lost at little league? I’m sure the poor other team that won would have to listen to his mouth talk about how it wasn’t fair and mommy agreed. Smh

  • @cathleen_s

How can Chuckles be in "total shock" AND "know exactly that this was gonna happen"???😅

  • @Jelrak

Sure, Donna, you were so certain of Charley's innocence that you didn't even show up at his trial

  • @Jelrak

The prison's phone system is sure making its money with Charlie on the inside

  • @celestethompson712

Totally unrelated but I think that’s the same judge who ruled over her childhood friends trial.

  • @stephannieruzicka8115

Charlie doesn't even need to have anyone on the other end of the phone. He talks enough for both people.

  • @allisonsmith3028

Those monthly payments and the large amount of wet, stapled money is the ultimate tell all. Open and shut! Boom the end. The prosecutor wasted so much time allowing Charlie to TRY to make sense of his own logic of paying the “ Blackmail’s”. And it was DUMB. Wendi was showing she knew by driving by. It was all set up by Charlie via Donna and Wendi knew. It’s simple.

  • @xeniazoe20

Wendi lied to everyone! She even lied behind her Attorneys back on the witness stand. She was the mastermind. She is not attractive, she is ugly inside and out! They did her dirty work now she wants nothing to do with her family. Where is the oldest brother Robert? Watch Surviving the Survivor… Inside the Adelson Circle..

  • @LawNerd23

Hey Charlie. You asked if you screwed something up. Yes you screwed up when you were a part of the murder of Dan. Your mom and dad listening to you throw your sister under the bus….. that's why they were skipping town never to talk to you again.

  • @LawNerd23

So Charleeee, your mommy lied to you cause she's planning on fleeing the country at this moment of the calls and she would have never called you again. She was going to Vietnam and she wasn't going to call him collect and say hi this is a collect call from Vietnam. Wasn't gonna happen.

  • @daudimwenyewe7372

    Charlie’s lawyer : “ bro , has the check cleared “ ?
    Charlie : “yes sir”
Lawyer : checking his account status …” okay , just tell them anything , I’ll be right back “. 👻👻👻

  • @John-gw9st

He never mentioned Dan markel or kids once i don't feel sorry for him

  • @John-gw9st

Dan would say anything as long as the checks keep coming he gets paid win or lose

  • @panzertooE-CollartrainingPAGER

Tbe fact he didn’t recognize the sister is disturbing

  • @gloriarosser1547

He blames Wendi and Donna for what they did but he never blames himself for doing anything wrong.

  • @dragonofdolittle1332

They are not discussing their innocence. They are discussing the loss of the argument presented to the jury.

  • @cydni70

I put my earbuds in at 3am and started listening to this. I fell asleep and woke up at 7:30 and Charlie was saying the same things he was saying when I fell asleep. Maybe Donna takes a Xanax and does the same thing. I don’t think he would notice.

  • @cydni70

I haven’t ever heard the term “vigilante justice “ used in this way before

  • @MakeitRayne007

Lol Wendi is the "repairman" she doesn't want Charlie to know Wendi is there

  • @JoyMat81

“It’s a miscarriage of justice.” Yeah, okay Donna. 😂
