As a meticulous crime investigator, I carefully reviewed the transcript of the suspect’s interrogation. The suspect’s responses were vague and evasive, indicating a potential attempt to conceal their involvement in the crime. Additionally, forensic evidence gathered at the scene suggests that the perpetrator may have had prior knowledge of the victim’s habits and routines, pointing towards a premeditated crime. As I continue to analyze the details of this case, I will diligently pursue every lead to uncover the truth and bring justice to the victim and their loved ones.

An 18 gauge needle to shoot up with is wild. Aint no way somebody with access to smaller syringes would willingly use a needle that big
    hell naw

  • @jacquelineyoung1387

From me listening and listening to all the materials and everything that you went over it's definitely foul Play one question I do want to know in Acts is how long did it take for him to call for first long was the delay in between the time that he found her and he called first responders cuz that's very important another thing I would like to know is why they did not secure the why didn't he let the first responders do their job and why was he trying to get past them to get this garbage can that was in the bathroom to empty the garbage if he said he had already went to the dump see something about that it just not sit well with me only thing I can think of is that whatever was in that garbage can in that bathroom he was trying to get I would like to know who was having the affair was it him when I know apparently it wasn't her so it had to be him and you know I think it was for financial gain and not only thathe killed her for the money like I said before how long in between time when he found her and he called first responders that's what I would like to know because if he didn't call them right away and he deleted that would also falls under him coming up with some story saying that it was an and this is what she did and this is the reason why she did it for him to cover his rear end so

  • @valerietaft657

How can 80 needle marks in unreachable places constitute an accidental overdose. This scumbag husband killed her and how disrespectful for another woman to wear Breana’s jewelry! This is one of the worse instances of police investigation incompetence I’ve heard of!

  • @valerietaft657

Number 1 if you hear a thump, you go inside and check it out. You don’t drive away! Number 2 the house that’s a crime scene has to be vacated to preserve evidence! Number 3 a relative that’s a law officer that’s off duty should not show up in uniform! This is a very sloppy investigation!

  • @spensersouth259

And those Vietnam bottles aren't fit in all you get off the street. Those were bottles that you would get from a hospital to by the way

  • @spensersouth259

Yeah, and how has her husband not even been questioned? But they must know something or have some suspicions of him because.
Of how they're going about things.
I mean, I pray that's it. And the they're not just morons. I pray that her family finds the peace. They're looking for and I can't wait to watch You and your sister. Sit down and talk about it

  • @spensersouth259

But something is definitely off. This isn't just an accidental death.
And if you think it is, then please please enlighten me.
, and I don't know the girl. I don't know. She had drug problems if she did. I'm gla. Add that she's free from pain. But I will tell you one thing. Addiction is a family disease and it is nearly impossible for someone to be an addict in their family. Not know, and she was already on adera, I'm taking it like she was supposed to and they knew she had a problem cause she had to hide it. I mean, I just feel like they would know if she had a bigger problem with something like heroin Or fentanyl, and that's coming from a recovering addict. Herself from these exact substances. But for her to have bruises on her palms like defensive winds like she was holding up her hands. I mean, come on, doesn't that say everything that needs to be said. Now I have literally poked myself Sadly, in every part of my body. So I have literally been covered in bruises. I'm talking on the bottom of my feet on my palms everything. But I've been using for 16 years. It doesn't seem like this. Girl has been using let alone for 16 years. So it just makes no sense to me. That makes no sense red flags everywhere.

  • @spensersouth259

I am a heroin addict of sixteen years.. I've been sober for 3 years.. First, red flag for me is the fact that she had needle. Mark's all over her hands, her palms her feet. That's not normal to me. Looks like someone who was really f**** mad. Maybe because he didn't have any of her Adderall. Maybe because he wanted more adderall.. I've seen people freak out and do crazy things. Because they don't have the drugs that they want. And I'm just saying to me. It looks like he got p*** off. Freak the f*** out and started stabbing her with a needle full of Fentanyl because she wouldn't give him any adderall. I mean I don't know just a thought.

  • @mostlyvoid.partiallystars

    Hashtag Alabama. :/

Hayden is a small town amongst small towns. Take every Alabama stereotype and it likely applies here – lazy good ol boy network of police AND “family friends”, along with inexperience and the absolute assumption that the “little woman” was obviously the problem. Also just read that the husbands uncle is LEO so, there’s that too. Good for Britney to keep fighting for her sister.

Lived in this state my whole life and it’s unfortunately not surprising.

  • @rweiss44

Can you add a link to the live stream so those who are just seeing this can follow up

  • @elenarodriguez9875

As a police officer, it’s so disrespectful that the husband‘s uncle was not properly following procedures in that type of situation and putting the crime scene at risk, which to me, shows his complete disrespect, and this concern for the victim and her family and also tampering with evidence, and doing other things that he knows is inappropriate behavior so to me that says that he cares more about protecting his nephew, and benefiting only themselves

  • @nicolafarrell3248

It's amazing what you can get away with when you know the right people.

  • @emmywestberry9914

    Foul play at its finest!

  • @sberry80

I can see this both ways. He is definitely acting suspicious, and it appears he could have done this to her. But at the same time it does also appear like it could be suicide, or accidental. Its tough to tell but I'd lean more towards him being guilty. But i can see why it would be difficult to charge him

  • @mrsshahid5117

This case is shocking! I am surprised it isn't spoken enough on media. Raise awareness of this case more. She was so beautiful!

  • @annmalcomson6555

I’m so sorry for their loss. Can they open up the wrongful death lawsuit based on anything else they could use other than the autopsy?

  • @candicegunanoot1171

Nope. She was murdered. Especially as fast as he had that woman move in

  • @candicegunanoot1171

And Stephen shoukd be held accountable as well. For covering g up evidence He shouldn't have been allowed in the house

  • @candicegunanoot1171

He definitely killed her all the evidence is there. I don't understand how she accidentally poked herself 80 times. Where did these investigators get thier degree. It's plain and simple. Both him and his new hoe shoukd be in jail.

  • @carissapollard6029

The NDC number should lead to where they were made and shipped to.

  • @TheAn44dy

Just something i understand that most watching, wont… u mentioned he does scrap metal, the metal recycling sites are often referred to as, "the dump"… he probably didnt mean a dump for household trash 🤷‍♂️

  • @natemccollum3731

“I talked to this guys sister in law and she thinks the husband who was about to divorce his wife murdered her” is not enough to convince me.

I don’t know about the rest of this case, but this reeks of bad narrator.

A lot of the points don’t make sense- you can’t say she would never steal drugs from work and then say the drugs she used didn’t match her hospital she worked in the same breathe.

A lot of family members only hear the bad about their spouse, and sibling in laws tend to not like their sibling’s spouse. I’m sure nobody wants to believe their sibling has a drug problem- especially when it develops late in life

  • @Pegasus2020

Yikes, definitely sounds like premeditated murder by Steven. Life insurance is dangerous to have! All those 18g needle marks are nuts, overkill! Red flags everywhere! Definitely planted evidence…the needles and fentanyl vials, probably got them from his new girlfriend.

  • @figure9607

Praying 🙏 for Brittany and that whole family. Im a die hard Anne supporter and have been here since day 1. We really appreciate Anne standing up and sharing this story! God Bless❤

  • @Doadab13

Men and woman’s roles are reversing. Women have been doing these things to men forever.

  • @annakuntschik6638

I didn’t know life insurance paid out when you unalive yourself??? I thought if you did that it wouldn’t payout

  • @charlinefletcher1888

I'm so appalled with this person so early in the case. I'm sorry but he is a true blue scumbag.

  • @soez_strg6166

Lol, no. Fentanyl doesn't become toxic mixed with anti depressants and adderall, its the other way around actually, stimulants will oppose the overdose of fentanyl. That's why people who mix heroin with cocaine will usually OD once coke wears off. This means she was injected a lethal dosage of fentanyl, which was covered by police.

  • @preparingformountainlife

Did they get justice? I tried researching it and didn't find anything.

  • @upstategirl25

I can’t find the second part of this. I think it’s a live?

  • @samanthakraus2953

I hope there is justice in this case! Would love to know an update! 😢heartbreaking

  • @alainez.9520

    love the new intro!

  • @valericaronna

18 gauge is to draw up medication. So it being there is not weird because the fentanyl comes in a while, which would have to be drawn up.
I did see someone shoot with an 18 gauge wants because they didn’t have anything else and they started bleeding everywhere and I ran to get a towel and there was even blood on the door.
    Fyi ima nurse

  • @valericaronna

Although Steven definitely looks guilty if the dose of fentanyl wasn’t lethal, then I don’t think they have a solid case of a homicide. Nurses can be addicts, too
and not that I’m saying she is or she is not? But the defense can definitely argue that she could be. I agree sloppy crime scene handling. The girl may not know it’s Brianna necklace? Sick hubby probably didn’t tell her and wants her wearing it maybe to frame her or something? But I don’t see how because I’m not sure of the timeline. Question was the necklace there when the police searched the house?
If she were still in the medication from work, I think it would be accounted for. And would be difficult, but that doesn’t mean she or Steven don’t have outside connections and again this is not my words I’m just looking at it as far as possibly Steven’s defense can look at it. Do I think he did it? Hell yeah enough to convict beyond reasonable doubt unfortunately no. Need solid proof or confession?

  • @haydendenard2693

As a four time felony nominee in the state of alabama (big ups to my lawyers) no murder just drug charges fentanyl and meth flow like water down there EVERYBODY uses it would blow your mind and it 100% works on the good ole boy system so his uncle being a cop ks going to make sure hes not charhe itll take something serious to break through the good ole boy system trust me its not about what you know its who you know also people will shoot fentanyl with dirty creek water and 18 gauge needles all day long it dont matter just whatever is paying around

  • @sierra1543

I am always calm and never overreact to crap but when u mentioned the necklace my jaw LITERALLY DROPPED….how tacky can you be?
