Mr. Geiger is a good man and a very alert neighbor to have immediately responded to the unusual noise he heard and to do something about it when he saw the suspicious vehicle backing out of Dan's driveway and went over to see if his neighbor was okay.
Even after he returned back to his home he didn't just drop it. He returned to see if Dan was okay. Thank you to this gentleman. What a good neighbor. I'm so sorry. What a terrible shock and what a senseless tragedy. RIP Dan Markel.❤🌹

Been foll. this case closely bec. do not believe fam would kill a member of their fam over merely wanting kids closeby. There IS IMO another reason, to do with Wendi's ego. Did she drive by and gloat over Dan's laying dying for 14 hrs before neighbor discovered? Deepest vile, not just over the kids. 5 yrs into marriage her low legal IQ was being exposed and Dan's brilliance being lauded. WA was no longer the "Hot Wendi" as she was referred to b4, now a "matron". She could no longer rely on her looks to get by as she prev. did in academia. She was being exposed up as mediocre, she got her job thru Dan, that now over, losing in court to him, that stung, something she would kill him over. Plus she tried to smear Dan's name to his colleagues, got caught, now has a bad rep at work. She wrote books putting down Tall. as home of idiots, when she was pointing three fingers back at herself. Rememebr, the rest of the Adelson's were lightweight in their own careeers, frequently sued. Georgia might want to use this angle to trigger WA in the next court case.

If this gentleman hadn't noticed the car leaving the crime scene before going next door to check on Dan – all those involved would have been still living it up down in Miami. Instead they are all (slowly but surely) being locked up in the last place on Earth they ever wanted to be.

If the neighbor hadn’t seen what type of car the hitmen were driving, would they have been found as quickly, or at all? I commend him for testifying about this awful incident. I can’t imagine discovering someone shot in the head, clinging to life like poor Dan was. Thank you, Mr Geiger.

Wow,was the neighbor a great witness or what? Talk about being in the right place and time as to identify the car used in the crime. On little thing is a tiny nagging thought..Lewis testified that Sigfredo told him that they were going to beat up a guy…only later revealing it was actually a hit. Sigfredo hated Charlie so it's possible Charlie did hire Sigfredo to go beat up Dan but he decided if Charlie paid for the beating he then could kill Dan and then extort Charlie for more money. Isn't that possible? All of the wire taps then could be Charlie freaking out that the hitmen went off sctpt. It would also explain why Kathrine Magnuba would not take a plea to testify against Sigfredo,even to her possible detriment. When she agreed to testify against Charlie and meeting with Georgia,she still was fighting against it. I can see this played out like this and would make Charlie's defense of being extorted not such a far fetched idea. He could still be afraid to admit to hiring Sigfredo to beat Dan up. Idk is seems possible doesnt?
