That is so sad, she had so many men she should rightfully be scred off, and he came out of left field… If only the universe would have given this woman a break… And honestly a Level 3 offenders (8 count of SA on minors) shouldn't have the right to walk freely anywhere, at that point you should lose your freedom. because I am pretty sure like in all serial case, 8 wasn't the real number, but that the number was much higher…. Thank you the system!!!

  • @cedrics5241

    This guy looks evil…

  • @brandismith7573

Background checks, I didn't know we have access to that kind of information…..

  • @tylermclaughlin1299

I knew Joanne and alyssa. They were such great people. We went to the same after school program. I had a little crush on her so I was always trying to play with or be around her. My mom and Joanne would always talk at pick up time of they ran into each other. They were just good genuine happy people. I moved away just a month or 2 before everything happened and I'll never forget my mom sitting me down in the morning while getting ready for school and showing me the breaking news showing They were killed. I couldn't believe it I still can't. I often randomly wonder what alyssa would look like and be doing if she wasn't taken away. RIP Prestis

  • @kittykitty8895

The more I hear about this story…. I think sandy , could have cared less, like she thought she deserved it , because now I know the walls are connected, the little girl was screaming and moving furniture around, the bed was moved and drawer being pulled out , I’m sure no way they didn’t hear some screaming

  • @kittykitty8895

And knowing her routine, after few hours I would have checked and recalled, every one knew everything about there neighborhood, but it took 2 days for her friend to finally say , I don’t care if she’s just ignoring me , I just need to know your safe ❤️🐱😇

  • @kalpanaperry6709

So sorry to Joanne and Alyssa and their families.
They should have been protected by the States justice system but again another state fails to protect another beautiful innocent family.

  • @kalpanaperry6709

Again another dangerous offender is released and rapes and kills more women and children.
So convenient that police judges and parole boards all have immunity. So the State has a system in place to recognize how dangerous an offender is and they don't use that system to protect the public. Does that make any sense????

  • @rosedonaldson9986

Sad story of two beautiful females whose lives were ended by EVIL!!

  • @tumashedrick

It's a shame they give drug dealers harsher punishment then a predator

  • @laurapage1132

How could anyone fast forward any part of your amazing heart wrenching thought provoking videos. You show so much compassion for the victims. Love your work. 🙂

  • @susieschlotzhauer9924

How is this monster allowed to be around children he’s a cat 3 predator do you know what that means?

When someone is charged with third degree criminal sexual conduct, again like first degree, there is some form of sexual penetration and one of the following situations.

The victim is between 13 years of age and 16 years of age.
When penetration is accomplished by force or coercion.
When the victim is mentally incapable, mentally incapacitated, or physically helpless, and the actor knows or has reason to know.
Third degree criminal sexual conduct is a felony charge. If convicted, the defendant faced 15 years in prison.
