To this day, following the Jay Smith scandals and Reinart murders, the housing prices in Upper Merion Township,are deservedly much lower than neighboring townships- since housing prices are generally based on the caliber of locality schools.

Hi Stephanie. Huge fan. Loved the re-enactments of the letter. But just want to clear something up. The life insurance issue. A company telling you you aren't worth that much. First. It's not actually worded that way. But it actually is a rule put in place so that you are never worth more alive then dead. It's so if you run into a psychopath they are less tempted to kill you simply for the money. But the bigger reason she wouldn't be given the plan for that amount of money is most likely because she simply couldn't afford it. If all insurance companies cared about was money then it would be easier to get a larger plan like that because it would be more commission.

He sounds like an opiate addict… waxy skin is a sign of withdrawal, consistently washing his hands, the chemical smell… ??
@s.gabriellereidler440
It's pronounced Na shim any mall
@keciathompson989
Her voice reading the letters 😂😂😂😂😂 this is probably the most interesting one I’ve seen so far. And my dislike for Bill… never thought I could be this disgusted by someone BEFORE we’ve even gotten to the point where he kills three people. I’m not familiar with this story but he’s so vile, I feel like he’s the one who did it. There’s something about a habitual liar, self proclaimed genius and womanizer that makes me feel like showering. He’s such a sleezy guy.
@tunaynamahal82
☺️ Neshaminy mall. We say it "neh-sha-minny". (I live around here, haha.) Love your videos Steph! I listen to them every day while I'm working.

So far this sounds like a dark Wes Anderson film.
