This is another heartbreaking family murder but there’s even more to it than that. The setting was in rural Indiana, Laurel, Indiana to be exact. The Napier family had been there for generations. They lived in a small area called Stipps Hill where the homes are few and far between. Everyone in town knew one another; many were related or had been friends since childhood. They never expected anything like this to happen to a family in THEIR small town. It was the most shocking crime scene in Laurel’s history.
