The civil case between the parents of Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie has been reluctantly settled. In my coverage of this lawsuit, I went through the motions for summary judgment but not the depositions. Today I am covering the submitted depositions from attorney Steven Bertolino, Christopher, and Roberta Laundrie. We see how they respond to pointed questions about what they knew, and what they thought when Brian called them after he killed Gabby.
Lastly, I explain the prison sentencing of Ruby Franke & Jodi Hildebrandt. They will end up completing 4-30 years which will be determined by the Parole Board.
