The case of Oakley Carlson, a missing little girl, has captured the attention and concern of the public due to the disturbing circumstances surrounding her disappearance. There have been new updates in her case, but the question of what happened to Oakley and where she is remains unanswered. As a highly detailed crime investigator, it’s clear that the suspicion is largely focused on her biological parents, Jordan and Andrew, who have a history of addiction issues and neglectful behavior.

The timeline of events leading up to Oakley’s disappearance paints a troubling picture of a chaotic and unstable family life. From the state taking custody of Oakley, to the foster placement with the Heils, to the abrupt reunification with her biological parents, there are clear red flags of neglect and abuse. The fact that Oakley’s siblings tested positive for drugs in their systems raises even more concerns about the environment she was living in.

The lack of cooperation and accountability from Jordan and Andrew, as well as the dismissive behavior of social workers and law enforcement, adds to the frustration and outrage surrounding this case. The efforts of the Heils, the community, and supporters to advocate for Oakley and push for justice through awareness campaigns and petitions are commendable.

As the search for Oakley continues, it’s important to keep her story alive and share any information or leads that may help bring her home. The relentless pursuit of truth and justice for Oakley is crucial in holding those responsible accountable and ensuring that cases like hers are not overlooked or forgotten. The hope is that through continued awareness and diligence, answers will eventually be found and justice will be served for Oakley.

It doesn't matter if any guy looks like Chris Watts – its irrelevant.

  • @Serenityfor1

This happens way to often. Poor children aren’t considered worth fighting for. They knew this family couldn’t take care of their children. Just sad on so many levels.

  • @42brogers

Noooo. Not the Daniel Tiger song.. instant tears. Poor baby and foster parents.😭😭😭

  • @DenaH-nomarkleneeded

Why is no one searching for this baby? I am appalled at the lack of concern. That poor child. Does no one care about her disappearance? I'm disgusted by this.

  • @jennifercarducci619

Accidental overdose resulting in death, unfortunately

well with Oakley bein beat with a belt & locked in a closet . . . . can't prove it but suspect that the fire could have been to try to cover up Oakley's murder remember the blood that was around the room & on the door knob . . . . she could be buried under the house or somewhere on that 300 acres shot that could have put that sweet lil baby in the trash & disposed of her that way . . . . & cps { child protective services } most definitely dropped the ball on this case & I believe because he was a former cop that they were given such leeway . . . . now I was searchin around for somethin else when I found this & I'm in Weatherford , Texas a lil bit South West of Fort Worth , Texas ! ! ! ! ! ! !

  • @nlafleur75

  • @wendylavin6532

It disappointing that these parents kept getting this beautiful little girl back to a horrible hideous, dangerous careless parents. Omg she would of still been living her best life with their foster parents. I can't imagine nor will ever understand 💔

  • @user-go4eg3ph4v

Not surprised that leftist hellhole Washington doesn’t hold child murderers accountable

  • @katiefrazier6326

oh. my. god. no other story has ever hit me as hard and angered me as much as this one. why has there not been an external investigation?? why has the writ of habeas corpus denial been appealed and taken to higher up courts? hell the supreme court?? i feel so heartbroken for oakleys foster parents. the public outrage should be way more, way more widespread through the country and even internationally. we need to DEMAND this be investigated by an independent external force such as the FBI. we need to DEMAND the firing of every single judge & social worker/ social supervisor that worked on oakleys case. holy hell.

My mom worked as a school counselor at an elementary and was a mandated reporter so she dealt with CPS a few times when reporting potential abuse or neglect. Kids were rarely removed from homes or if they were placed in a foster home and the couple was told they could adopt the kids, it always fell through last minute after years of anticipating this adoption and kids were sent back to parents who abused drugs and neglected their wellbeing. Not to mention ripping these kids from the only real family they knew. Its such a messed up system. Yet parents who work hard to get their kids back and have proven that they are fit to provide cant get them back or have had them taken away for no reason. It broke my mom's heart that both the school and CPS failed because the school didnt want her to actually help the kids deal with their issues, they just wanted to her to get them to behave in class and stop acting out. So she couldn't stay at that job and instead opened her own family practice.

  • @eugeniapoole1344

With Oakley being out of the house as long as she was she could have overdosed were as the other kids being in the house longer (correct me if I’m wrong about the timing of the kids being in the house) their tolerance could have built up especial if they were in a house were meth was being cooked!!! Which in my opinion was what started the house fire and would also explain the levels of meth in the two that was tested

  • @donijarvis5662

Looking at the kitchen counter picture of the fire, it looks like they were making meth

  • @RippedupRefuge

It is shocking how little CPS cares about the blatant abuse of these poor babies. So many times i ask why God lets these people reproduce

  • @addieperryman

They should come up with a national law and if the parents have drug issues the kids have to have a follicle test

  • @addieperryman

That’s a sure shame. Had a great home and neglected the child. I really hope the public doesn’t let them his die down

  • @stacygregory81

Its got something to do with the fire!! I think they burned the body of the baby

  • @annab13

The adds are getting a little ridiculous…

  • @debrajensen7440

Horrible!! I'm crying & and you're not done.

  • @pnwpovsurfer_

And it’s still unsolved. So insane

  • @taylorshelp5046

Governor Inslee is a liberal anti law enforcement creep.

  • @jennifernicewonger8273

I live in Washington and cps here is a fucking joke. Especially in Grey's harbor county. They're going to do anything they can to cover thier ass. I hope the government can have someone outside of the state look into it

  • @zukostryder

18:36 damn that was on my bday 🤮

  • @amandamcgarry7581

    Such a heartbreaking story

  • @kamisundstrom6277

This entire story is absolutely heartbreaking. So many people failed that baby girl. 😢

  • @alikamaule1867

Sad to say Oakley is not here anymore and her monster parents her biological parents knows what they did and I hope they get find out and the CPS company should be fined too all everyone who is and was involved with this precious angel they will pay huge

  • @quirkya909

    19:08 to 19:20 Annie I couldn’t agree more!

I would also like to add, that when these caseworkers leave these children in the care of the abuser, after many concerns were brought up, especially if well documented, then the caseworkers should be held responsible! Whether they lose their job or face jail time. And overload case number, is not a good enough reason to leave an abused child with abusive parents, especially when it’s being very well documented

This case kinda hits home in my small town, we had two children murdered back to back by their own parents. One of which still walks free like he’s innocent, because he is a CI for our local PD, and the best one they got, don’t wanna loose him, so they never charged him!

The other boy was viciously & savagely attacked by his mother daily. She had over 30 open CPS cases in his short life. (You should look into both of these ones Annie) true justice needs to be served!

I’m disappointed in the foster family tho (especially at the end). I understand they were grieving the loss of Oakley, but giving up on her brother, Jamie and Eric, should’ve used him to help heal them. And I feel they could’ve gave him the BEST LIFE!

  • @horseclawdestroyerofworlds5294

This is soo sad. Washington sucks when it comes to CPS. When I was in my teens I use to hang out with people who used meth, never done it myself, but my ex husband did. His sister turned into a methhead along with her husband. They had two kids, both very sweet and cute. however they could swear like sailors before they could properly talk. My 6 year old nephew could barely speak yet always called his mother a bitch, he was right. She pretty much just stopped taking care of them, let them stay at their methhead grandfather's house. They use to just survive off mayo and ketchup! they did eventually get taken away, but were given back then taken away again. I don't know how, or where they are to this day.
Thing with drug addicts, they remove the safety off their lighters. My nephew could use one better than I could at the age of 6 so, its possible though I don't believe that Oakley set the fire. I sadly think her parents did something to her.

  • @cheryl3369

Too much red flags and lies but cps didn't do their job 😮

  • @cheryl3369

I love your show so much thank you for letting me know what happens to people 😭😅

  • @tiffanykay6919

How many times do we have to say THE SYSTEM FAILED ANOTHER KID. Before they fix it? This makes me so angry. I get that parents have rights, but at the point of them being in and out of jail for drugs and DV. Do they really deserve to raise a child? If the system stops failing these children so young we’d have less drug addicts and criminals. There are families that want to care for kids out there, but they are continuously shuffled back to horrible parents who neglect them and sometimes murder them. This is so sad to watch. That poor baby.

  • @michellefontes7842

I love this channel but her voice irritates me

  • @greciayoung5160

I am not bound Oakley but the mother was set to jail for 43 months but not for her missing daughter but for the theft of 26,000 from other people and taking advantage

  • @mistyashley9795

I pray they NEVER get their kids back! Every social worker that worked on Oakleys case should be fired!!! Washington DCF dropped the ball, stole her from her parents to give her to the sperm donors that didn't care about her at all!! I feel so bad for the Hiles
