On March 3rd, 1998, the FBI was alerted from Madrid, Spain about a shocking discovery in a long-standing missing person case. Fingerprints revealed that Nicholas Barclay was not who he seemed to be. Instead, he was identified as a 23-year-old French man named Frederick Borden, a known fugitive wanted by Interpol.
Frederick, also known as the “chameleon,” was notorious for assuming multiple identities with ease. His arrest left many questions unanswered, particularly the whereabouts of the real Nicholas Barclay, who has been missing for an astonishing 30 years. The mysterious disappearance of Nicholas, coupled with the sudden death of Jason, his half-brother, who succumbed to a drug overdose shortly after Frederick’s arrest, only deepened the mystery.
With little physical evidence to work with, the case remains shrouded in uncertainty. The sudden passing of a key suspect has further complicated the investigation, leaving investigators searching for answers in a seemingly endless maze of deception and intrigue.

The imposter" watch it on YouTube. It's this story, it's crazy. How he thought this was a good idea 😮😂. Also Fredrick believes the family knew all along he was fake. He says the family know what happened to Nicholas.
@JasKhalid
I just watched 60 minutes on this, why would the French man lie and say that the mother confessed when she didn’t? He had nothing to lose

Imposter documentary,
definitely worth watching
@gawd4582
I thought this case was solved and that it was proven that the family was involved. The brother and that they had killed him. And they knew that the French guy wasn't him. But they couldn't say anything because they had killed him.
@claudiaphillips8350
Someone need to speak with Nicholas brother Jason.
@weenie831
I swear I saw a movie just like this…
@angiesalic6828
Brother probably did something to him and dumped him some where. Or was sent off for human trafficking.
@phillipgalan660
The person they claim him to be is bullshit. That is Nicolaus Barclay. The brother was murdered
@sherrihannah8294
I hope the boy is found and he isn't dead..that he just took off. I think the brother did it and the mother covered for him
@Crystalburns2001
this is Crazy as hell honestly smh I mean wow smh how could they not see It 😒 🤦
@judithl.morton9178
I agree I do think the mother still could have had something to do with it and secondly people commit suicide or drug overdoses sometimes because of the guilt they carry😢
@Julia-uh4li
What the family went through with this criminal is outrageous as well. I was mortified that they actually played along, even when several of them thought there was NO WAY he was the missing child. After some reflection, I do understand that a parent wants so badly to see their missing child again. It's such a sad story about Nicholas.
@shaunhewitt6370
He should be made to talk !!!!! or life for a life !!!
@chrystalmoore2501
I still think the mother had something to do with this……and maybe the half brother.
@katmack4215
I've always thought the brother had something to do with Nicholas's disappearance..😬
@cathyswanson1937
This seems like it's incomplete? Where can I find the whole story?
@Codered810
What a sad twisted story. Not sure how they couldn't tell this wasn't their family though
@jocelyntroher2115
Why lie??💔💔🙏🙏
@JP-nm6fw
I can’t believe anyone would think this dude is a 16 year old boy,does anyone else see what I’m seeing?! Thanks Annie your awesome!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
@slaybyraeofficial2194
They suspected his older brother? 🤔
@mintygacha7759
That’s sad
@Milkyway-1102
He’s probably dead! It’s been 30 years!
