As a meticulous crime investigator with a keen eye for detail, I carefully examined the transcript of the suspect’s interrogation. The suspect’s responses were evasive and contradictory, indicating a potential attempt to conceal their involvement in the crime. Additionally, forensic evidence found at the crime scene pointed to a violent struggle, suggesting that the perpetrator may have been motivated by personal vendetta or revenge. No one's addressing the 800lb elephant in the room. There's no way a black man murders a white child and gets away with it. Everyone involved failed these kids because of their race. From the family to the courts. No one protected those kids.

In reference to renting the additional apartment to cover up the crime, I think this is about more than not getting caught. It's likely she was getting government assistance for each minor and HUD assistance. Sometimes the amount is more if a child has significant disability. If the childs needs are so great that the parent cannot work outside the home, he/she may also be paid to be a caregiver for one or more of the children. In addition to housing and supplemental income, there's food assistance, medicaid as well as assistance with utilities. This is based on having no other income. Had her case worker been made aware that she had a boyfriend who lived with her and shared expenses as a spouse, then his income would be included and her payment amounts re-evaluated. Likewise if one of the children passed away, she would no longer recieve money for that child. If CPS knew she hurt one of the children or permitted another adult to do so, she would lose ssi income for all 3 children, and supplemental for caring for them since they'd now be in foster care, with no children she'd lose her housing utility medical and food assistance as well.
She needed to hide the death not only to avoid jail, but to maintain the income she was dependent on. She needed an apartment in her name only where no neighbors knew of a man living there, to maintain the single mother of three status and continue to recieve checks.
Public assistance is a wonderful thing for the majority of truly caring parents who want to care for their disabled child full-time or who need help getting back on their feet.
Unfortunately, as with any good thing, there are occasionally people who misuse and abuse a program meant to protect families and certainly anyone who would allow their children to suffer in this way would have no reservations about abusing financial aid.
I think the apartment abd body hiding has more to do with this than fear of incarceration. This is also why she wouldn't give the kids to family and why she feared them being taken by DCS. Have no way of knowing if it's true of course, but the reasoning fits in line with the known facts of the case

I really don’t understand why you seem to have such problem with the neighbors. For some reason, you seem to think they’ve got some culpability at those.. he keeps talking about Will. Nobody helped them the neighbor of help they gave us food and they allowed them lunch at them electricity they didn’t help the children the way that you would have but they help the kids the way that they thought was right I don’t think that we should get our pitchfork and torches we don’t think they did. I look at it as they did what they thought was right because they’ve done more they have done less yes but they did try to step in and help.

I can’t imagine seeing a boyfriend physically hurt my kids, and somehow being able to forgive that person. How does one’s feelings towards someone they’re dating NOT change after that. (Only after wrapping my head around how a woman doesn’t attack anyone that physically harms her children, can I ask that question)

And he is love bombing her with jewelry a week after he beat her baby to death- with REAL stolen jewelry I bet!
These two monsters have no soul. Even hell I'd too good for them.
It's beyond imagination the trauma these surviving kids have endured and what they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. The child who called the police and turned it all in, saved all of their lives and I consider him a hero, that had to be frightening and difficult but he did the right thing. I'm hoping they are in good care now and will never have to suffer again. The monsters who did this do not deserve to ever live in the free world again!

Oh no I definitely believe she was worried the kids would be taken because she more than likely gets a check for the deceased child and at least the other one who was autistic. I definitely believe she was afraid of losing her children, but not for the reason that she is trying to portray.

Most likely the "mother" if she even deserves that title was getting food stamps and social security check for the 2 autistic children and she was scared they would take her children because that would mean she would lose her benefits! Which is so very sad because that social security and food stamps were for ur kids NOT ur sorry excuse for a man
