As a meticulous crime investigator, I carefully reviewed the transcript of the suspect’s interrogation. The suspect’s responses were riddled with inconsistencies and evasion tactics, pointing to a potential attempt to deceive authorities. This behavior is typical of individuals involved in organized crime, suggesting a higher level of criminal activity at play. Furthermore, the suspect’s alibi contradicts key evidence collected at the crime scene, raising red flags about their involvement in the heinous crime. My keen attention to detail will be crucial in uncovering the truth and bringing justice to the victims.

  • @montsergirl

This is horrific. I wonder if anything ever happened now a few years since this video.

  • @susanpugh5265

THIS IS HORRIBLE! MAY GOD BLESS THESE CHILDREN

  • @Gigibaby88

A year later & this case still sticks with me like very few do. Btw the kids were abandoned after the boyfriend killed the 8 yr old, that's why him and the mother left so they were alone in that apt with no electricity, with no food except when the mother would come back occasionally to drop something off, with the body of their decomposing brother for a year or more. I still think about those kids often. I mean there is abuse and neglect and then there's this, a whole other level. I suspect they were threatened with being poisoned by the mother and/or the boyfriend to keep them in line, that's just a guess though. They will always be in my prayers.

  • @nicoleboothe8586

I absolutely feel like they should’ve been charged. I don’t understand how they were not. I mean there was a dead child. What the hell?

  • @CathysWorld383

What doesn’t make sense to me too, is that if the parents abandoned that apartment with the kids inside and stopped paying for it, why didn’t the landlord come to check it out? Wouldn’t the landlord have wanted to rent it out to somebody else?

The kids could have been found a lot sooner that way, if the landlord came as soon as they stopped paying the bills and took off.

  • @maryshelly5147

Why didn’t the neighbors call police for a welfare check?

  • @user-og7hy6rd7f

Just tell us about it and not go off on tangents. Tangents are best done alone.

  • @livkim-fj7is

Some people just have to realize that times have changed neighbors are not like how they used to be communities are not integrated a lot of the times people don’t even know their neighbors names it might just be my assumption but looking at you I assume you don’t know what it’s like to live in the projects people mostly mind their own business they’re not going to just be calling the police about shit that they think might be wrong because it might get them caught up in some shit not saying it was right for them to not say anything I’m more so confused on how the parents didn’t get in any trouble when there was already prior involvement with CPS definitely something fishy going on all I can think of is that kids are a very hot commodity for people involved in the human slavery rings Millions of kids go missing it’s not just a coincidence

  • @denisebacher5040

The 15 year may have seen the 9 year old eat something his mom “cooked” and soon after his brother died. So he didn’t trust any food for his brothers that wasn’t packaged.

His being responsible for them, after the death of the 9yo, probably destroyed his mental health.

  • @staciingemi1528

I’ll tell you why, because police and DCF get away with this stuff all the time! They watch, they know, and they help with the abuse of children everyday. Hernandez case is one case that should tell so many how much they help watch this happen. This is awful! These poor kids! When will the authorities be held accountable? When? Not to mention those slimy parents!

  • @samanthabusch750

freaking insanity… our justice system is so beyond f$^&%#!

  • @samanthabusch750

the food issue i would think the parents tried scaring them into not taking food from anyone in general a mind f@#$% of abuse

  • @norasanchez2348

It's simply despicable just despicable from the parents, The Neighbors, CPS… everybody let these kids down, how sad and hypocritical that if there is some DV & the mother has any other children, these new babes are automatically taken away & loses her children. It's beyond horrific that this couple already had a case with CPS, where in the world was CPS worker/s, where were the conducted surprise visits, just despicable, awful!!
IT'S Just simply awful, Beyond negligent from everybody, everyone these people were giving these kids, this boy, food they should have asked about the parents, about any siblings they should have shown concern and askd such questions since they were providing him food but again they did not!! How sad, I don't know about Texas people but wow such a loss, so shocking, so disturbing. These two should be stoned to death in front of everyone and it should be televised for the world to see what could happen. So sad, what a loss!!

  • @amandaparker5775

SO the apartment complex did not check this apartment when no one was paying the bills? Never checked to see if it was empty or clean after someone was living there? How does the State school system lose kids that have been enrolled in school and then just no longer in school anywhere? Where are the other family members who have seen these kids in the past. Horrible to think no one was missing 4 kids grandparents, aunts other family or a school system.

  • @mackenzie1899

    😭💔😭💔😭💔

  • @aishalea7508

absolute shame on those neighbours!!! maybe mum thought kids were with dad and he was the one that abandoned them?

  • @jenn.neumann6414

And apparently there's a lot of I think there's a lot of incompetency with the police departments

  • @jenn.neumann6414

Well I'm sure the kids were scared and I'm sure they were threatened because they already killed one sibling and I'm sure they were threatened to kill the other one or whoever is going to tell but it appals me that they left without being charged are you kidding me talk about incompetent Police Department which I would be suing for one that is just appalling to me how they got walked out of there without being arrested I don't know what they couldn't say anything to me I don't think they could say anything from not being arrested but it is incompetency on the police department side

  • @marlysmilligan3015

The parents should rot in jail fir ever. Those kids are so scarred deeply. Never should have happened at all, what so ever.

  • @raraavis82

If the kid has been decomposing for an extended period of time, how could the neighbors not smell it???

  • @luciest-amand6054

My heart is broken for these kids….. Horrible parents!!!

  • @melissasliger5306

I think that they were abused and that is what scared them to call for help sooner. As far as the neighbors are concerned they simply really didn't care what was going on cause you'd think that if they did they would have called help for the teenager. But this is why people have to watch what's going on around you so that doesn't happen. And how did neighbors not smell the death of the little boy. This is a crazy story.

  • @Danae42

How was the rent being paid for a Year?

  • @theresaohman7187

How can we even like a video like this? I only like it because Annie brings us such great videos and I hope it helps her channel

  • @theresaohman7187

What? Released and not charged? They left a dead child there with other kids. I think it's called Abandonment! Our system only cares about the damn abortion issues and not about rules for taking care of the kids? Those that didn't charge them are just as guilty imo

  • @theresaohman7187

The back ground is so pretty!

  • @CassieLeeE

I feel like he used the excuse that the food would be poisoned because he didn’t have any access or knowledge to cook actual food or how to shop for meals. So he asked for snacks bc the younger siblings probably loved those. So sad. 😢

  • @jannawhitten2473

My husband says not everyone should procreate!

  • @jannawhitten2473

Disgusting parents, and they need to be charged!

  • @karlenenew7391

Annie I love this game been playing for awhile.. on the other hand I hate these parents these parents are nothing but a POS piece of dirt scum of the Earth why in the world would parents do this to your children thank you for telling us about it it's not something you want to hear about every day but I love watching your channel and you are very honest and a good reporter thank you again

  • @jLo4sho

It BAFFLES ME that child abuse is basically not a crime. It’s makes me wanna vomit.

  • @mariemellone136

They live in low income areas people don't talk and they sure don't call on someone who they don't know for sure is being neglected. The last thing they want around are officers.

  • @ajfoxw

It sickens me to hear about people who have done such things and are not prosecuted. We adopted one of our daughters 45 years ago. Her birthmother abandoned her with a stranger in California when she was 18 months old. Before that the parents had abandoned her 2 very young sisters in a vacant house. Neighbors heard their cries and called police. They were taken in by the father of one of them but he sexually abused them and went to prison for abusing another child later on. There were at least two other children that the mother abandoned and one of those children, a boy, went to prison later for child molestation. Some of the siblings grew up in Louisiana, Texas, and California. There may have been more children later. Our daughter has some mental health issues but she was luckier than some of the others. Her slightly older sister suffers from schizophrenia. I wish the mother and 2 or 3 fathers had been imprisoned but I've heard the mother and one father were only declared unfit parents in California. Not enough justice.
