This defense atty thinks he has exposed the witness but its the opposite. His best friend calling him a murderer?? The jury can now associate Adelson in that lowlife, cesspool element. Big, big error IMO. It's in evidence so the jury can see it anyway but to throw his client Charlie Adelson into the "porn movie" is very questionable. B/c If he is in the movie he probably got laid.

When this happened live in court, I kept asking myself. Why is the defense attorney asking these questions?
I’m guessing he’s trying to show the character of Charlie’s friend??
The only problem is, it looks like Charlie’s friends know he killed Dan.
If the friend knew Charlie was in on the murder, why didn’t he go to the police in the first place? Would that be considered obstruction? I’m genuinely asking?? Ty
