Finally I’ve been out searching for her for the 1st couple months. He murdered her while her children were out playing at 9pm. Ring cameras in there neighborhood caught 8 shots. He placed his children on top of his guns. He never once went to search for her. He also was a monster and hasn’t let her children see maya’s family! This case has been so heartbreaking!!! He also has killed before when he was a teenager! I hope to god he gets what he’s deserved!

If they lived that close to Temecula they need to check bodies found in Mexico because it's too easy to get to Mexico from there unnoticed and against your will or even dead if you know the right people they smuggle them in and get the ones who don't survive back unnoticed so for enough money I'm sure they'd make a body cross and disappear I've got friends that came here that way and got married to stay in fact my oldest daughter's aunt said 4 people died on her trip over and were just taken back and left near the boarder so if found Mexican officials would think they died of heat stroke trying to cross the border since it was more than likely heat stroke that really killed them when I was 18 and was 16 living homeless in Temecula I often got across the boarder and back after weeks of doing work there for rich American beach bums in nice places I'm sure not a legal buissnes as they paid me 15 bucks an hr to weld big gates across the drive and fix fence along certain areas of their property as a homeless kid and at the end of every day asked about cars driving by multiple times I was to get a plate and planes flying low I had binoculars to get a tail number and they had friends who paid me for similar work it's just too easy to get across either direction from there but I was 16 and had been homeless on my own since 13 thought I'd be taken in as a runaway if PD stopped me

The key to a homicide case without a body is to eliminate alternative explanations for the disappearance. People disappear without a trace for a very limited set of reasons: elopement, kidnapping, suicide and murder.

Eliminating the alternatives is a matter of focusing on telling bits of circumstantial evidence before, during and after the disappearance.

Is there any evidence that she was planning on eloping? No.

She left behind everyday things like credit cards and drivers' licenses, cell phone and most importantly her kids.

She was not having mental health struggles before the disappearance. No note left behind, and most importantly would not leave her children behind. We can eliminate suicide.

Finally, Signs of a struggle at the missing person's last known location, can speak volumes about what happened during the disappearance. So too can microscopic traces of the missing person's blood in the trunk of a suspect's car. Signs of a cleanup. Evidence like this tells a story

Evidence arising after the disappearance is equally important. Silence from the suspect after the disappearance speaks powerfully.

Eliminate suicide and elopement, and the silence means murder is staring you in the face.
