What is the betting that when Whendi is arrested and goes to trial she uses the defence of "my family did it behind my back", this is why from the beggining it was odd that she mentions this "Joke" to Jeff, tv guy and Isom, making me think that this was not because she's impulsive but because she planned this "defence" in advance.
We'll see but i agree with most on here, she was ABSOLUTELY involved in the planning/conspiracy.

She hated Dan, not unlike many divorced couples. With that said why the hysterics? I’m not saying she wouldn’t be upset but when you don’t like someone you would not be doing all this crying. It’s so phony.

@ 40:22 Windy asks about the need to be read her miranda rights and Mentour Lawyer is correct this is Lawyer Wendi attempting to get information from the police officer while half crying BUT, then she says "I couldn't tell from the way you were talking to me in the car if I was a suspect." so, after being told your ex-husband has been killed and you haven't even inquired once as to the whereabouts' or safety of your kids. this comment about her thinking back about her conversation in the car, on the ride over to the station and wondering, now (at this point in the interview) if she was a suspect or not only 24 minutes after being told your ex is going to die seems very suspicious to me.

She sure recovers quickly. The way her and her loud cackling friend are smiling and laughing toward the end is so telling.
We can all see so many clues that point to her guilt, but it will be interesting all the ways that that Georgia will present them in a trial.
