I can’t wait to watch how Rashbaum maneuvers his way through this solid evidence.
I wasn’t convinced on Charlie’s trial that he was successful with convincing the jury and himself that Katie wasn’t being honest.
Rashbaum has to convince Charlie that he’s doing his level best at representing him with a winning strategy.
Rashbaum had Charlie so jacked up he gave all of his belongings to other inmate’s, Food, deodorant etc..
Charlie had to go back to his cell and beg for his food and belongings.
Charlie actually thought he was riding home with Rashbaum and celebrating that very night.
Rashbaum was milking this opportunity for everything he could.
In his free time he could be seen thumbing through Deluxe Yacht Brochures.
Now that he landed the Donna Adelson case I bet he’s either ordered a new vessel 🚢 or is close to doing so.

Without Katie the murder would not have happened, she wanted the money Charlie offered, she got Sigfredo involved, thus dragging her entire family into this murder for hire saga. She profited as much or more than the two killers did, and lied repeatedly in her own trials, and right up to and including in Charlie's trial. She is where she belongs and has been given all the chances anyone could ask for. Even if she could slam the door on Wendy and Harvey with some newfound honesty, she should never serve less than 30 years.
