Charlie is the dumbest criminal in Florida state history. He doesn’t get burner phones. There is a pinball of phone call activity from both ends of the conspiracy at every critical event in the case at all hours of the night with cryptic coded language, and who is in the middle? Charlie. Everyone knows law enforcement follows the money, yet he puts his co conspirator for murder on the payroll. The moron pays for murder with stapled money. The moron gives Katie a Lexus with Harvey’s name on the title. He has dozens of text messages of lavish gifts “offered” to his co conspirator. He never ever stops talking about the case. He constantly gives both ends of the conspiracy (Katie and Donna/Harvey) woeful legal advice that was incompetent. If the guy had just shut up, he would have never been arrested. His mouth is the gift that keeps on giving. It’s still giving in jail house calls. He gets on the stand with this arrogance and laughs in court. He is an awful human being. Look at the women he dates. Donna and Harvey raised these 2 evil monsters in Wendi and Charlie. Their one prized possession, Robert escaped their cult. Thank God for him.

Dan R. Looks like he’s not up for this ..can’t wait to see his defence of Donna …can he say Charlie is guilty and he did it all. ? Or is that not allowed. This case has me captivated, I’m Canadian and I can’t even imagine how Dan Markle was being attacked from all his in laws and his wife, before he was murdered by them. The contents of those emails is beyond shocking. I consider this a hate crime based on the evidence. No one wants to say it.

This story makes no sense Charlie! Why would you be okay with spending the night and giving 138,000 and a payment plan of 3,000 per month to the person that was partially responsible for your brother in laws murder!? Why did you not call Wendi and police right away!? This doesn’t add up.

This guy's telling the truth. I Know it all looks bad, especially with that Prof Jeff lacass, who used psychiatric terminalogy with which to create a suspicious characterization – in front of the jury – about charlie, Wendy and Donna adelson. I think wendi, Katherine (Magbanua) & Donna adelson were the ones that started the plot to kill Prof. Merkel. Charlie was told after the fact and paid his then. The phone call he got from his mother – after the FBI "Bump" shows me he was absolutely clueless, because he kept asking, in a guessing like manner, what was going on? And who was it about. Just saying… Would like for this family to cry out to GOD to his help. Only HE can get them through this.

I now think Wendi Adelson played everyone. She made them believe that Dan will destroy Wendi and the boys, and worked their dysfunction into Donna, Harvey, and Charlie believing they had to save them. But, they of course wouldn’t let her worry about it, they will do it. All while Wendi would passive aggressively leak info they needed. All four are nuts, with Wendi always looking out for herself.

he looks like he’s already aged like 3 years and he’s only been in custody for a year and a half. imagine what a life sentence in prison is going to do to him?!. maybe in time after he hears that is sister is out living her best life, and his conscience hits him day after day, maybe then he’ll snitch out his sister and tell of her involvement in the plot to kill her ex-husband. his parents not being there for the biggest day of his life, says tons. donna probably knew she wasn’t leaving that court house a free woman if she went, but they got her anyway.
