On July 6th, 2022, 911 received a call from the home where Timothy Ferguson lived with his mother, Shanda Vander Ark, to report that Timothy was unresponsive. Shanda told authorities that Timothy accidentally fell off the top bunk of his bed, and injured himself that way. However, after further investigation, police realized that what Timothy had actually was nothing short of horrific. How could a “mother” do such wicked and barbaric things to her OWN son?!
