This story is BEYOND frustrating to watch. I had the husband pegged from the start. Come ON… where were the investigators on this?!
They should have BEGUN their initial investigation with a deep dive into the husband's computer and iPhone activities. It was so obvious AND he's an IT professional who would obviously be able to pull this off. The breadcrumbs were all there – they just needed to follow them.
He's also a textbook example of the sleezy, cheating husband who just HAPPENS to be a religious leader – such a familiar stereotype.
Honestly, had they done what they should have done at the very beginning, the poor victim would be alive today.
Very disappointing. If I were Amy's parents I'd sue the police.
