Just wondering why the no food and drink rules have to be covered in the code of conduct for each case instead of there just being an overarching rule or set norms for all trials or at least for a specific location. I guess my question is equivalent to why can’t they just have a school-wide rule instead of that same rule for each and every classroom

We have grand juries regularly here in Nebraska. They sit and listen multiple cases. Can last 1 day or several weeks. Grand juries here investigate and rule on in custody deaths for prisoners as well as regular crimes.

Idk where you get your information from, but respectfully…It is NOT unusual for a Probable Cause Hearing to get canceled bc of an indictment. It is VERY typical! You have Grand Jury rules, and Probably Cause rules ALL twisted. You shouldn’t be explaining legal jargon if you really don’t know what you’re talking about, right?

Please please please please don't speed the attorneys up, even if they are Poot level slow. So much of the nuance of the trial is lost when it is sped up. Its just not the same. There is another wonderful channel that regularly speeds up the attorneys, I have simply stopped watching this channel, even though I love him and his gorgeous intense dark eyes, bec so much is lost by speeding it up and the trial itself is much less interesting.

Everyone needs to not get excited. Bryan will not go to trial for 2 years at most. It sucks but all murder cases take 2 years for lawyers to prepare and courts find availability.
